PROJECT COMPLETE | SYDNEY CBD

GEP recently completed the electrical services package across 2 floors and over 3,000m² of premium commercial office fitout.
Delivered within a super tight construction programme, the project involved extensive coordination across both floors to ensure the electrical package kept pace with the overall build.
A great result from our team and another major commercial fitout successfully delivered by Gray Electrical Projects.
Thanks to everyone involved in bringing this one together everyone went the extra mile to deliver it within the program and we are proud of the efforts and commitment by our team. #commericalfitout #workplaces #officefitout by @grayelectricalprojects

Another D&C office fitout successfully delivered in the heart of the city.
What started as an original 90s fitout was completely stripped back to Cold shell state.
Now with exposed services and finishes forming a key part of the design, every detail mattered. GEP worked closely through the early design process, specifying the electrical services package, lighting and finishes to complement the architecture and create a clean & considered workspace.
A great result from concept through to completion. #officefitout#workplaces#commercialfitout by @grayelectricalprojects

First look at our latest 1,300m² Design & Construct project.
Great workplaces begin with thoughtfully designed spaces. This collaboration booth is just one of many standout areas within this fit out, brought to life through carefully considered lighting, finishes, and close collaboration from concept through to delivery.
Having been heavily involved in the design and coordination of the entire floorplate since early January, it’s rewarding to see the vision come together as we approach handover.
Stay tuned for the full project reveal. #officefitout#workplaces#commercialfitout by @grayelectricalprojects

Works are now complete on this new Animal Hospital in Western Sydney.

Transforming an existing warehouse into a state of the art veterinary facility, our team undertook a full strip out back to cold shell before delivering a completely new electrical services solution throughout the site.
The fitout includes 6 consultation rooms, a pharmacy, imaging room, operating theatre, isolation ward, general wards and a range of supporting clinical spaces all designed to provide a modern and functional environment for both staff and patients.

This project demanded meticulous planning, coordination, and project management both on and off site from the early stages through to completion. A credit to the entire team for their professionalism and commitment in delivering another successful project.
Well done to everyone involved.

We recently completed this 800m²+ office fitout in the heart of Sydney’s CBD transforming an open plan shell into a modern & functional workspace.

The project featured fully integrated C-Bus and DALI lighting control systems throughout, delivering intelligent and efficient lighting solutions tailored to the client’s needs. All power and data services were reticulated via a raised access floor system ensuring a clean & seamless finish across the open plan space.

A great result delivered by the team.
