Welcome to The Gardens at Gray Gables. 🤍

A place where families gather, friends celebrate, and couples begin their next chapter together.

Nestled among blooming gardens, towering trees, and the gentle sounds of our koi pond, Gray Gables has been the backdrop for hundreds of weddings and celebrations over the past 20 years. From intimate ceremonies beneath the trees to lively receptions filled with laughter, dancing, and unforgettable memories, every event becomes part of the story of this special place.

We believe the best celebrations feel warm, welcoming, and effortless—a place where guests can relax, couples can be fully present, and meaningful moments can unfold naturally.

The first weekend of November 2025 brought one of those moments that reminds us why we love this season so much. 🍂

The vibrant reds of the maple trees created a stunning backdrop, while the golden leaves cast a warm glow across the gardens. Everywhere you looked, Gray Gables was painted in the rich colors of autumn.

It’s hard to capture just how beautiful this time of year is, but this little glimpse comes close. ✨

The moments before the moment. 🤍

A few sweet moments from Emily’s wedding morning in our Bridal Cottage. The finishing touches, a little help from her girls, and all the excitement before walking down the aisle.

If you’ve ever wondered what the gardens look like in May…there is a lot happening. 🌿🌸

The azaleas and rhododendrons are putting on a show, the hydrangeas are beginning to bloom, and you’ll find gardenias, daylilies and hostas flowering throughout the gardens. Even some of our yellow Lady Banks roses can still be hanging on early in the month.

By May, the trees have filled in and there is color tucked into just about every corner of the property. It’s one of those months when you can walk through the gardens and find something different blooming everywhere you look. taken in The Gardens At Gray Gables by @graygablesnc
