Autumn fog greeted us this morning at The Graylyn Estate in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Magical October mist rolled across our 55-acre grounds and European-inspired estate. Guests woke up to a scene that leaped from the pages of a Jane Austen novel. 🏰 by @graylynestate

Hurricane weather may have tried to steal the show, but Brooke and Sean had other plans! At the breathtaking Graylyn Estate, these two embraced every umbrella, every raindrop, and every unexpected moment with so much joy. Because if there’s one thing that reminds us of what matters most, it’s that there is beauty in every wedding day, no matter what the forecast has in store.
From a romantic first look on the spiral staircase to the moment Brooke walked down the aisle, there were so many unforgettable moments. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room, and I’ll admit, I had to hold back a few tears myself! The love and emotion were absolutely palpable!
And of course, the celebration didn’t stop there! Espresso martinis to keep the party going, a custom wedding T-shirt toss from the bride and groom, and a little ‘lemons into lemonade’ magic (in the form of Lemon Drop Martinis at cocktail hour 🍋). We ended the night in the White Garden with a spectacular cold sparks exit, surrounded by the love of their family and friends!
Brooke and Sean, I’m so grateful to have been part of your beautiful day! Thank you for reminding us that the best memories aren’t made when everything goes according to plan, but when you choose joy, lean into the unexpected, and make the most of every moment! Love you both!
