YOUR HOME SHOULD HAVE ITS OWN STYLE

Not every beautiful room needs to be black, white and perfectly neutral. The most memorable interiors have personality—color, pattern, collected pieces and unexpected details that tell us something about the person who lives there.

At Grace & Alchemy, we help you uncover your own interior style rather than copying someone else’s. Simply send us a photograph of your room, and we’ll create a personalized design concept—with a visual transformation and an optional curated product list to help bring it to life.

Your home shouldn’t look like everyone else’s. It should look unmistakably like you.

Visit GraceAndAlchemy.com to discover your style.

You finally found wallpaper you love. But now the curtains look wrong, the pillows don’t work, and every fabric sample seems to clash.

Sound familiar?

One of the hardest parts of decorating a room isn’t choosing beautiful wallpaper. It’s figuring out what goes with it.

Should you mix florals with stripes? Can you use two different patterns together? Does a bold wallpaper need neutral furniture? And how do you keep a room from looking too busy or too matchy-matchy?

There are a few simple interior design rules that make mixing wallpaper and fabrics much easier.

In this carousel, we’re sharing our favorite tips for mixing prints, coordinating colors, choosing fabric patterns, and balancing bold wallpaper in bedrooms, powder rooms, and other spaces.

Save this wallpaper and fabric mixing guide before you order another sample.

And if you’re tired of second-guessing every decorating decision, that’s exactly why we created Grayson Alchemy.

Send us a photograph and dimensions of your room. We’ll help you choose the wallpaper, coordinate the fabrics, and show you a photorealistic visualization of your finished space, along with a complete interior design plan and shoppable product sources.

See how your room could look before you spend money getting it wrong.

4 Bathroom Renovation Mistakes You’ll Wish You Caught Before You Spent. 1. Choosing Bathroom Tile Based on the Showroom
Tile can look completely different under your bathroom’s lighting. Bring samples home to see how the color, finish, and size work in your space.
2. Picking a Bathroom Paint Color Just Because It’s Trending
The “color of the year” might clash with your tile or make your bathroom feel darker. Test paint samples in your room before committing.
3. Hanging Bathroom Vanity Lighting at the Wrong Height
Poorly positioned sconces and vanity lights can cast unflattering shadows. Plan fixture placement around your mirror, vanity, and face—not just the electrical box.
4. Choosing the Wrong Wallpaper Scale for Your Bathroom
A wallpaper you love up close may look completely different across an entire wall. Preview the pattern’s scale alongside your mirror, vanity, and ceiling height.

Planning a bathroom renovation? See how your tile, paint, lighting, and wallpaper work together before you buy. Grayson Alchemy brings your design into focus with a personalized room visualization and curated shopping list—so you can commit with confidence.

You don’t need more square footage to create a beautiful pantry. Some of my favorite small pantry design ideas are also the simplest: take cabinetry all the way to the ceiling, use reflective surfaces to bounce light, layer lighting into dark corners, and don’t be afraid of wallpaper in a small space.

A tiny butler’s pantry or walk-in pantry can become one of the most memorable rooms in the house. Wallpaper, antiqued mirror, glossy paint, brass details, picture lights and beautiful cabinetry can turn an overlooked utility space into a true jewel box room.

The goal isn’t to make a small pantry look enormous.
It’s to make it feel so special you forget it’s small.

The Mountain House Details Worth Stealing 🏔️

A mountain home can feel warm and refined without relying on a single “cabin” formula. Here are five ideas from this renovation concept you can use in your own space:

1. Match wood by undertone. Natural oak cabinetry feels at home beneath timber beams when the finishes share a similar warmth.
2. Choose one expressive stone. Let a marble backsplash or vanity be the focal point, then keep nearby finishes quiet.
3. Add something collected. An aged frame or landscape painting gives a newly designed room a sense of history.
4. Borrow color from the setting. Smoky slate blue, muted green, and warm cream bring the mountain palette indoors.
5. Make built-ins work harder. In a custom bunk room, plan reading lights, shelves, safe ladder access, and storage before the millwork is built.

Save this for your mountain home renovation or second-home design plans.

Designing a home in Big Sky or elsewhere? DM me “MOUNTAIN” with a photo of the room you’re working on. I’ll tell you how Grayson Alchemy can help turn it into a tailored design concept with a sourcing plan.
