Being able to shoot 8 episodes of @makingfunshow was a once in a lifetime experience! And honestly, we certainly wouldn’t mind if it was a twice in a lifetime experience :-) Our very good friend Chad from @mancrafting setup a petition for more seasons of bigger and better builds!! Let your voice be heard and sign it and let @netflix know that you want more “Making fun”!! The link to the petition is in the link of my bio!!!! @jimmydiresta @jackman_works @patlapofficial @derekfrommalden @justine.silva @intuitiveentertainment #makingfun by @grazmakes

Carrie & Mike had their love down to a science! 🧪❤️

Imprint was thrilled to be part of their special night, bringing live laser engraving to their wedding and creating personalized keepsakes for every guest!

A little science, a lot of love, and memories engraved to last a lifetime! ✨

Some more fun footage from the green screen setup. All this was to make material for @peterquinstagram to play around and have fun with, for all the cool interstitial clips in the show. I believe the plan for these clips was to make it look like we were a screw getting screwed into a board, but I think it was actually just for @odairski ‘s entertainment and he never actually planned on using these clips 🫣.

Definitely turn the volume up for this one 😆. Here we have the pirate ship reveal from Episode 7: Pizza Pirate Ship with special guest @justine.silva. Yesterday we had Pat punching something on purpose, today we have Graz, well, just being Graz. Yeah, we saw what you did Graz!

This is what it looks like behind the monitors, where the production team sits and keeps an eye on us while we’re filming the show. Here we have Pat and Graz working on the giant metal scissors for episode 4: Rock Paper Scissors Machine. Jackman was taking a break at the right time and captured Pat trying to punch through a plate of steel 😂, apparently Graz hadn’t cut all the way through yet… whoops! 🥊

Your POV from the show vs the Jackman/Graz POV from inside the car. What’s funny is that we all thought we were done filming, so we started messing around, but it turns out the kept the cameras running and captured our shenanigans.

Throughout all episodes of the show, you’ll notice a bunch of these fun interstitials from the amazing mind of @peterquinstagram. This is one of the intro sequences before/after Peter worked his magic with our bad acting 😁.

Great Scott, Graz, and Paul get the soccer shoe car up to 88mph. This was just prior to filming the Back To The Future Scene at the end of Episode 3.

Prior to the reveal, @patlapofficial shot off a few test firings of the pizza cannon that he and @jackman_works built for episode 7: Pirate Pizza Cannon. It was pretty finicky to get the pizzas to shoot far enough, but also not collapse from the force at the same time!

@grazmakes usually doesn’t have to worry about hitting his head on stuff, so I think @zacharybutler wanted him to experience just a little bit of what it’s like to be tall 😂.

I have an explanation for most of our behind the scenes clips, but this one I’m struggling with. Between builds on the show, @jimmydiresta decided to build an outhouse for some reason, and then @patlapofficial decided he needed to test it out. That’s the best explanation I’ve got 🤷‍♂️ 😂. Lots of shenanigans like this on the Making Fun set going on between the builds!

Dino Taco Toilet, the final reveal! All that work, just to create an excuse to dump tacos on @derekfrommalden. But it ended up being pretty iconic in the end, the dinosaur was our first build together, but also unintentionally became the mascot of the show and the cover photo used when promoting the show.
