We are welcome a new stream at Green Flow Rooftop 🌀

Facilitator is Nikolai, who is certificated to conduct that beautiful meditation 🙏🏼🤍☯️

It's Heartfullness meditation.
Right now it will be conducted in russian language, and we will work to open it everyone in English.

Heartfulness is a path of experiencing our inner self. It's simple and subtle practice of meditation connects each of us with the light and love that is present in our hearts. It teaches us to dive deep into our heart, and be in a natural state of love, peace, and calmness. Our daily practices, help awaken our inherent potential for simple, balanced and joyful existence.
When practiced regularly, meditation helps us become in tune with our heart and develop the capacity to remain poised and balanced at all times.

So drop-in classes every:
Wednesday 9:00 AM
Sunday, 9:00 AM
Duration - 60 minutes

‼️Russian language

Free of charge.

So just build an honest intention to join 🤍🙏🏼🕉️ taken in Nipa Riverside Villa - Healing Space "Retreat & Spa" by @green.flow.rooftop

☕️We’ll open with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to warm our hearts.

🎵Next, we’ll dive into an ecstatic dance journey with DJ Simorena — charge up, release, and vibrate together as one @rozasimorena

🪉And we’ll close the evening with a soothing sound healing — the musical whisper of live instruments by Anna Trish @anna.trish
