Across Indonesia’s many islands, generations of stories, traditions, and cultures have shaped who we are. This year, IGNITE invites you to celebrate that rich heritage through Chronicles of Nusantara, an evening where culture, community, and purpose come together. 🇮🇩

On October 3rd, Green School Bali will once again open its bamboo gates for a night of cultural performances, meaningful connections, and a shared commitment to creating a more sustainable future.

Every ticket helps make that future possible. Proceeds from IGNITE support the Green School Foundation’s work bringing sustainability education to local schools and providing Agricultural University Scholarships for the children of farmers, helping equip the next generation with the knowledge and opportunities to create lasting change. 🌱

Join us for an evening that celebrates the stories that brought us here, and the people who will shape what’s next.

Our journey with the Climate Bottle has brought us closer to the smiles and stories inside local classrooms. We’ve seen students hold their bottles with pride, knowing that each refill is a small act of care for the Earth. These moments remind us that change begins quietly, often in the hands of those who dare to hope for a better future. 💧

We’re deeply grateful to Best Water Technology (@bwtglobal @bwt_id ) and the Aqua Pearls Foundation for walking beside us on this journey. Their support helps us bring sustainability education to more schools and inspire the next generation to protect our planet through everyday actions. 🌿

Still feeling the spark IGNITE left behind! ✨

We’re back with more of our IGNITERS sharing what brought them to Chronicles of Nusantara, the stories behind their Modern Heritage looks, and what they hope to light through the evening.

While every story and expression of heritage was its own, the evening anchored us all to a single, shared purpose – nurturing the next generation of changemakers. 🌱

What will you IGNITE for regeneration?

This year, Chronicles of Nusantara brought Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage to life, with Modern Heritage as our dress code. ✨

From traditional textiles to contemporary interpretations, every outfit tells a story of the heritage we carry and continue to preserve. We caught up with some of this year’s IGNITERS to hear the stories behind their looks and what they hope to IGNITE. 🤍

What a beautiful evening of celebrating Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage, the stories that connect us, and the generations who will carry them forward.

IGNITE 2026 was a night we had never seen before. ✨

Over the past eight years of IGNITE, we have never welcomed so many people into one evening. From guests arriving on the red carpet, to seeing people reconnect, meeting someone new, sharing a laugh, and enjoying the evening together, it was a beautiful reminder of how far this gathering has come.

Seeing so many people come together reminded us of what makes IGNITE so meaningful. It is the people who show up, share their energy, and believe in what we can create together.

Thank you for every bit of support you have given us. It enables us to create more opportunities for Indonesian youth to learn, lead, and make an impact through our programs. 🌱

Guests were treated to an unforgettable night—experiencing a legendary Legong Puri Saba dance performance and feasting on incredible Indonesian cuisine expertly prepared by chefs @williamwongso and @lesismore.chefyudi.

Beyond the food and culture, every ticket, bid, and contribution made a lasting impact. Proceeds from the evening directly support the @greenschoolfoundation’s mission to bring sustainability education to local schools and provide Agricultural University Scholarships for farmers' children, empowering the next generation to lead real change. Additionally, a portion of the evening's contributions is dedicated to relief efforts supporting those affected by the Kalimantan forest fires.

Sometimes, it starts small: a young person choosing agriculture. A student discovering that sustainability can be practiced, not just learned. A teacher opening their classroom to new possibilities. A community choosing to work together.

Over the past three years, Green School Foundation has been learning, growing, and building alongside the communities we serve.

Our Inaugural Impact Report: Paving The Way for a New Generation of Indonesian Changemakers captures our programmes, partnerships, people, and moments that are shaping our journey from 2023 to 2025 – and the lessons guiding where we go next.

From strengthening agricultural education and supporting young changemakers, to building partnerships that bring regenerative learning beyond our own communities, this report is a reflection of what we’ve built together.
And more importantly, it’s a look at what comes next. 🌏
