Brief Book review.

> 4.5/5
> Dystopian
> Shocking... (little dad joke there)
> Fascinating premise
> Multiple Main Characters & view points

Premesis: Women develop a new organ generating Electricity and this rapidly re-shapes the worlds order.

We have a fantastic set of characters, deeply flawed but trying to do their best, (is this a good idea, well....)

It has afew graphic scenes at the beginning and again towards the end, BUT I would say they are done well for the story and overall its a Fantastic book.

Amazon adaptation. I do not recomend as it only covers a small portion of the book and its been cancelled post season 1.

OVERALL - it will make you think Alot about current world order, what is happening with Women especially around the world & is an interesting take on dystopian. Especially the ending...

I highly recomend! by @greenstreet_corner

Overall mood is doing ok.

My fitness is improving. My running is getting better thanks to @tayloredbodycoach run club & swimming is picking up.

End of day 20 - 93.8kg by @greenstreet_corner

Day 1 - 10 of the 100 lock in.

Workouts have evolved to Letters now to track what i do. Prior to that it was ticks for gym.
Water is a simple tally.
Protein Is a tick if i hit over 160g in the day (this sucks to do. Diet is essentially NO Sweets, Fast food etc...

Mood. Now this is really important. Scale is 1-13.
1 is the best, and truly i want to get there.
13 is based off of the 13 reasons why scale and thats for when you are so close to that edge you need to make the call to those you care about & care about you. Never give up on yourself. Wont fet too heavy here just yet.

My only issue. I weighed incorrectly at the beginning. I was 97.1kg not 95.8kg and wrote it wrong. But hey ho. Got those pics anyway. Shitty scales are gone.
