Marrakech Morocco. Chaotic but beautiful. #marrakech

Marrakech tips you actually need

Download offline Google Maps before entering the medina. Service drops and streets aren’t labeled.

Carry small cash. Most souks don’t take cards and breaking large bills is a headache.

If someone gives you directions, expect a tip. Ask shop owners instead if you don’t want the awkward moment.

Dress modestly but comfortably. Loose pants and breathable tops go a long way in the heat.
Prices start high. Counter at about half and meet in the middle respectfully.

Riads are quieter than hotels. Stay inside the medina for the full experience.

Call to prayer happens five times a day. It’s loud, beautiful, and part of daily life. Don’t fight it, enjoy it.
