6 plate conventional deadlift. Nothing much to say except it’s getting easier each time and obviously I’m not satisfied because I know there are some freaks out there waiting for me. Well the grind continues 💯 and shout out to @sydal671 for the push because I wasn’t supposed to pull this weight today, oh well. by @greg.aguon

Just wanted to put these special people on the spotlight as they are my main motivation to keep doing what I do and beyond with other things life has to offer. As they say, life is full of surprises and it’s true, I would have never seen myself in this position I am currently in- growing as a person and as a boyfriend, having two beautiful children and chasing the path to being fully independent. A lot of my success thus far has a lot to do with my girlfriend @courtsycakes who thru thick and thin supported me and accepted me for who I am, a flawed boyfriend, a new father and a rising bodybuilder. Thank you for being you and sticking to it, couldn’t be anymore happy finding a women who can hold her ground. Everything happens for a reason and I am truly blessed for you coming into my life. I hope I can continue to grow with you physically, mentally and spiritually. I love you for all that you do and for all that you are and for all that we are gonna be.

Still a surreal feeling. Woke up and didn’t realize it was over already 🤷🏻‍♂️ Feeling honored to have participated in Guam’s first NPC qualifier and humbled to have taken the overall title in bodybuilding. Sharing the stage with all those amazing athletes was truly an amazing experience. Huge shoutout to my team @nextlevellifestyleguam and it’s two coaches @mastermike_d and @reymar_rivera for giving me the ultimate guidance and shoutout to my family including my gf @courtsycakes for providing me with the ultimate support. Thank you @healthcityguam for your ever so awesome set up and prizes involving the event and the Guam National Physique Committee and everyone involved in making yesterday possible. It’s been a great one Guam and athletes, now it’s time to eat whatever we want 😆 by @greg.aguon

My three stages of pump before I loose thy pump 😜 1. Pre-pump (warmup) 2. Working pump (after first workout) 3. Last call pump (last few sets of training). Then I loose it and become normal and flat again 💪🏻🤣 call me crazy but I love using mirrors that tend to warp my body in a negative way (seeming smaller) because it motivates the hell out of me. Find your groove and stick to it, make adjustments if needed and kill every rep of every set. Do what you love and love what you do!

Arm day today killed by yours truly. No pump whatsoever, just cardio and sauna gainz 😆 I usually hit this pose for exposing my weaknesses- in this case my hamstrings and lower stomach (Still have other spots you can’t see). My quads have always been so much more dominant to my hammies so the next time I present a physique on stage I have to make sure it’s up to par as my quads. I never train abs so that should tell you why my stomach isn’t up to par either. However my calves are slowly progressing 😀🙏🏻
