154 weeks in a row, I have done kiddush and said the same prayers our ancestors have said for nearly 2,500 years. Before October 7, 2023, I never lit candles. I never did kiddush. I never said the prayers. But now, as long as I am breathing, I will. My children know it all by heart and b’azrat HaShem, they will do the same. #עםישראלחי #שבתשלום by @gregans1

We are not the scared, huddled in the corner Jews on the shtetl or in Baghdad during the Farhud anymore. We are fighting back because it is our obligation to stay alive for one another. We are not afraid. taken in Israel by @gregans1

It isn’t luck when it’s consistent. @zenpiscator from @grizzly_hackle always seems to go the extra mile to put us on amazing fish, in amazing places. Thanks for a great couple of days of fishing out of Missoula, MT!

This was a fun day. I put in some work and came out on top. I had two tough opponents and all my respect goes out to them! Also, I can’t express enough thanks to the friends, family, coaches, professors, and teammates that have been around for this part of my short, yet transformative BJJ journey. #oss #bjj #whitebelt taken in Gracie Barra Seattle Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy by @gregans1
