I’m opening up 5 spaces for new 1-to-1 boxing clients in London 🥊

This is for people who genuinely want to learn how to box properly—not just get fit or hit pads.
You don’t need any previous experience. I’ll teach you from the ground up: stance, footwork, defence, combinations and how to move with confidence.

I’m only taking on five people so I can give each person the time and attention they need.

If you’re ready to learn, DM me the word “BOXING” and I’ll send you the details.

Two HYROX races in one day. What was I thinking?! 😂🔥

Weekend was a big one at HYROX Birmingham!

First up, Men's Doubles with my mate Mitchell.

⏱️ 1:09 finish
🚀 Fastest sled push out of 624 competitors — 1:24!

A few hours later, I was back out for the relay. Legs already cooked, a 1km run into the SkiErg, then another 1km run and 100 wall balls to finish. Brutal! 🥵

The reality is, I was underprepared.

Between coaching, running businesses, a two-year-old and a newborn at home, training hasn't exactly gone to plan.

But sometimes you've just got to turn up and give it everything you've got.

Proud of what we achieved, but there's plenty of room for improvement.

Next challenge: HYROX Singles in January.

This time, we're preparing properly. Let's see what I can do! 💪

A day in my life 🥊

From the first session at 7am to the last at 5pm!!

Coaching, cornering, athlete management, PTs across London, fitting in my own training — and plenty of miles on the bike in between.

Boxing has taken me in directions I never expected when I first started coaching, but I still love being on the gym floor doing the work.

And after a day like this, getting home to the family is always the best part ❤️

Coach. Manager. Still a student of the sport.

From the boxing gym to The Apprentice boardroom 🥊📺

A throwback to being invited onto the final of BBC’s The Apprentice Series 17 as an industry expert.

One of the final business plans was something very close to home for me — a boxing gym.
I was brought in to share my experience and give my professional opinion on the business and the boxing industry.

That business belonged to @marnieswindells who went on to win the series, secure Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment and launch @bronxldn Boxing Club in London.

It’s funny looking back at moments like this.
Boxing has taken me into places I never imagined when I first started coaching — from gyms and corners to television sets and boardrooms.
And there’s still plenty more to come. 🥊 by @gregboxingcoach

Anyone can hold pads. The coaching is in the details. 🥊

Breaking the movement down, getting the feet right, then building it back up to full speed.

And obviously discussing cinnamon buns between rounds 😂

Good session with Erica. Getting sharper every week.

4 years since Idris Elba’s Fight School 🥊

Still one of the proudest chapters of my coaching career.

Working alongside Idris and helping a group of young people discover what boxing can give you beyond just fighting was an experience I’ll never forget.

Four years later, I’m still doing what I love — coaching, developing people and building something bigger.

Plenty more to come. 🥊 by @gregboxingcoach

Good work today with @b3llooo

Sharp work. Small adjustments. Details matter.

Getting better every round.
