Join us tonight at 7 PM for Episode 4 of Down at the Pub with Tommy Mac, live from the legendary Lynch’s Irish Pub in Jax Beach. Presented by @1010xljax

We’ve been having a blast with this show, and our first three weeks brought us some tremendous guests, future Hall of Fame receiver @jimmysmithjags, Jaguars great Kevin Hardy, and longtime college and NFL coach Mark Duffner.

This week we welcome Leon Searcy! We’ll talk ball with Leon, from his days at The U, to being a first-round pick of the Pittsburgh Steelers, to his Pro Bowl years in Jacksonville on those powerhouse @jaguars teams of the late ’90s.

Come grab a pint, get some great food, meet Leon and Tommy Mac, and hang out with us for the show.

7 PM tonight at Lynch’s. See you at the Pub! by @gregcon7

A BIG thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday, on social, through texts, calls and voicemails. It’s such a rush reading and listening to all the messages. I truly appreciate them.

This one officially landed in the Top 5 birthdays of all time.

Clyde and I called an audible Tuesday, jumped in the car and headed to Ft Myers for a couple of great dinners and, most importantly, time with our favorite human. Nothing we love more than time with Ava. 🧡

One last cliché for the gratitude post… We couldn’t be more proud of her. She’s tackling her junior year of college the way she tackles everything, with her whole heart and absolutely no fear.

Then she handed me the annual birthday note. ❤️

Yeah… Top 5 birthday. No question.

Love YINZ. ❤️ taken in Ft. Myers-Naples by @gregcon7

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who wished my beautiful mom a happy 85th birthday. ❤️

What started out as a crazy little idea turned into something pretty damn beautiful, and somehow it also inspired me to finally start a newsletter I’ve been wanting to write for a long time. I just never knew how to get started.

So, from my mom, myself and the rest of our family, thank you. We Love Yinz!

I wrote the whole story for the first edition of Still Figuring It Out After 50, “This One May Backfire.”

Check out the full story link in bio.

And apparently I’ll be telling one very long-winded story every week in this newsletter, so if you decide to subscribe…

Lucky you. You’re welcome. ❤️💪✌️🤙 taken in Seven Pine Island by @gregcon7

Our Father who Art in Pittsburgh,
Football be thy game,
Thy Kingdom come,
6 Super Bowls won,
On earth as it is in Acrisure Field,
Give us this opening day victory,
And forgive us our penalties,
As we defeat these Falcons who play against us,
But lead us into victory,
And deliver us to SoFi for Super Bowl LX1.

A-Ben!
