I’m not sure if everyone was aware, but I just spent the better part of the last 2 weeks in Japan. While this trip was filled with lots of fun adventures, the main reason for this trip was to help Niko move into his dorm while he attends Temple University Japan Campus! As I ride back to Tokyo on the Shinkansen I can’t help but think of this delicious meal we just had. Everyone inside was friendly, from the owner, the staff and the locals that talked to us about baseball and even served us refills and our food. It was a night to remember for sure. And the food was magnificent. If and when you are in Osaka, you need to come here and have some delicious okonomiyaki.
