When I was a little boy, with my brother. 🩵

building dens & trespassing. The best days. by @gregglesstacey

It’s cool how the two pieces of art on my wall I love most are both found. Working from home I find myself lost in them all the time. Perfect for daydreaming.

1. “Quiet Sea” foraged by @msmandyhorton from an attic in Tiptree. Saved from the bonfire. I love it. Hangs over my desk.

2. This was found at a flea market by my parents around 1980 in Connecticut. If you stand at a certain angle you can look past it to the lough out our window. My brother and I always saw a man lying down in the surf in it. So moody & free & that gorgeous 70’s frame, man. by @gregglesstacey

Only joined IG this year so a post on HERE BEFORE. Available on Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Google Play, Sky.

Such a wild, incredible experience & baptism by fire into filmmaking. Premiered in feature narrative category at @sxsw, won Best Film @galwayfilm - devo not to see any red carpets as it was covid but had some zhushy sweatpants.

Ever grateful to cast & crew for a magical wintry shoot, & of course the singular, chameleonic genius, Andrea Riseborough 💞

1. Eva B & rainbow at the 40 Foot. Shooting Eva’s ep was a particular joy.
2. DP @majazamojda touching the rainbow. DP’s go giddy when the light is beautiful
3. How we felt shooting in the constant storms
4. Magical wild toadstools by Eva’s House set, NOT production! No toads but so many stunning Wicklow seals
5. Picking Grace’s dress rehearsal, crew finding tiny corners to hide in. Sound team tend to be tall so this skill impresses me most.
6. Grace’s service, a three camera day, a hundred extras and snow between takes. Sarah Greene’s voice
7. Galina our meticulous Sharon stand in
8. Post team pints 💞
