This is such a great property! Our clients trusted us in the process when pricing and marketing. We ended up with 20+ groups coming through the home of the course of three days and ended up with no less than eight offers. Two of them rose above the rest. Selling a home is more than just throwing up a sign and opening it to the public. There’s a lot of strategy in staging, marketing, pricing amd negotiation that make all the difference.

July was a big month, but really it was due to all the work done in the prior three months six months or year. Sometimes you find things quickly and sometimes it takes a bit longer, but either way that goal is always to help my clients achieve their goals. Sincere thank you to everyone. Just got this one under contract. Beautiful home in the Lonesome Dove subdivision. Not quite luck any leave but pretty close! Lonesome Dove neighborhood with mature trees, easy access to the river and getting to downtown Boise or Eagle on State Street.

A nice win for my clients in getting this one sold. For better worse, a home sale can sometimes mean the beginning of a new relationship and sometimes it’s the end. In both scenarios, it can be challenging, but when done correctly it allows them to move forward smoothly.

Sometimes you simply have to look at a lot of homes to find the right one. The hard part is not getting emotionally connected to one until you actually have it under contract and even then it’s best to remain even headed about getting it to closing. In this case, we found a home that checks all the boxes for Brandon and Michelle and the girls. Still lots of work to do but a great start!
