Joining our cast of woman-led comics is Mei Yin of The Shaolin Nun, a warrior nun sent to LA to continue her mission of defending the helpless (and teaching other women how to fight back)!

Now you can help her story reach far and wide - Support the comic on Kickstarter! Your money will go towards supporting independent artists, and helps ensure they can make more of this badass comic.

Support via our 🔗 in bio.

A little bit about the team behind The Shaolin Nun! Want to know more? Read below! ⬇️

⚡️ Mei Yin is a warrior from a secret Shaolin Temple - A temple that teaches kung fu only to women. She has been sent to Los Angeles to continue their mission, but her dark past has her questioning her worthiness.

Our first six-part story, The First Precept, introduces us to the Shaolin Nun, Mei Yin, and her disciple, Heather Turner, as they protect a kidnapped Chinese girl from a human trafficking ring.

Created by @sifujcc (a 30-year martial arts practitioner) and @gregmal_art (a member of the DC Milestone Initiative)

That's right! She's back - And this time, we're prepared to win. After the last campaign, we all underwent a secret training montage in preparation for the re-launch, learning from our mistakes and coming out the other end stronger than ever.
