WEEK-END DÉJEUNER DES CHEFS #32 À NARBONNE

Pour notre première journée au @chateaulhospitalet accompagné d’une quinzaine de chefs, nous avions préparé une belle soirée à la belle étoile, profitant de la chaleur occitane, du magnifique menu par le chef @cheflaurentchabert accompagné de toute la diversité des vins @gerardbertrandofficial .

Une soirée de rencontres, de retrouvailles et de découvertes placées sous le signe de la bonne humeur, comme une soirée d’été qu’on aime tant !

Very happy to be teaming up with @airbnbexperiences and @letourdefrance this summer.

As a big fan of the race, my team and I have created a unique five-course menu inspired by the regions, landscapes and incredible products that make the Tour de France such a celebration of French culture.

We’ll be hosting both lunch and dinner at Frenchie on the 24th and 25th of July as we celebrate the Tour’s arrival in Paris, and I can’t wait to welcome you to Rue du Nil !

🚨 Oldies but Goodies #2 🚨

And the saga continues !

Cette fois-ci, nous accueillons @zaacthesnack à partager à nouveau les fourneaux de @gregorymarchand pour le second dîner à quatre mains de la série Oldies but Goodies.

RDV au Frenchie Bar à Vins le 11 juin à partir de 18h30.

Zac fait partie de cette nouvelle génération de chefs qui cuisinent avec instinct et précision. Formé notamment chez Frenchie à Paris et à Londres, passé par @lolocaveamanger puis @deviantgram, il développe une cuisine très personnelle : des assiettes épurées, souvent construites autour de trois ingrédients, où chaque produit est poussé au maximum. Avant l’ouverture de sa propre adresse à Paris cet automne, Zac revient là où une partie de son aventure a commencé.
