I’ve had two opportunities to pursue professional sport.

The first was rugby. I was scouted to play for Bristol Rugby, but a cruciate ligament injury ended that opportunity.

Years later, I turned to boxing. I was an amateur, on the cusp of turning professional, when I completely ruptured my distal bicep tendon and tore my bicep.

Twice, injury put an end to something I had worked towards.

I’m 32 now.

And I’m not prepared to let it happen a third time.

So I’m starting again.

The goal is simple:

Get bigger.
Get stronger.
Rebuild what was damaged.
And eventually step onto a strongman platform.

I don’t know exactly how far I can take this.

But I’m going to find out.

This is the comeback.

A LITTLE SETBACK. NOT THE END. 🦍

I’ve been pretty rough recently and haven’t been able to get into the gym.

And I’ll be honest… when training has become such a massive part of my life, being forced to sit back isn’t easy.

But then I look at where I was, where I am now, and everything that’s happened along the way.

The progress I’ve made physically has been amazing, but the progress mentally means even more to me.

I’ve had some incredibly difficult periods in my life. There have been times when I genuinely didn’t know what the future looked like.

But I’m still here.

Still rebuilding.
Still learning.
Still getting stronger.
Still finding reasons to keep moving forward.

And the support I’ve received since starting Still Not Finished has honestly blown me away. Every like, comment, message and bit of encouragement means more than you probably realise.

This isn’t just about getting bigger or stronger anymore.

It’s about proving to myself that a difficult chapter doesn’t have to be the final chapter.

I’ll get back in that gym when I’m ready.

Until then, the work continues in every other way.

NEW CHAPTER. SAME MINDSET. 🦍🔥

From rugby, to boxing, to injuries that changed everything… I’m now rebuilding, getting stronger and chasing the goal of stepping onto the Strongman platform.

This journey has never been about where I started. It’s about how far I can take it.
