It was a bit cold. 🥶
It was a bit rainy. 🌧️
It was a bit windy. 💨

But that didn’t stop us from having a ton of fun and helping out the Big Walnut HS baseball team at their annual golf outing fundraiser!

It was awesome to see so many friends, make new friends and, most importantly, raise money to help out those hard-working student athletes. 💪

Thank you to everyone for stopping by to say hi to us, sharing some laughs and spreading the love - we appreciate you all!

Thank you also to the BW Baseball team, the coaches, parents, and everyone involved for inviting us to be a small part of this awesome event every year! Rain or shine, it’s always a blast!

See you all again soon! ❤️

Who says a day focused on SAFETY can’t also be a bunch of FUN?! 😂❤️🚗🌭

We had the BEST time at this year’s CarFit event at the Whitehall Senior Center!

☑️ Free vehicle safety and comfort check-ups

🎶 Live music

🧠 State Farm Trivia Time (and some VERY serious competition 😉)

🌭 Hot dogs roasted to perfection

☀️ Perfect fall weather

❤️ The BEST people and community spirit

Supporting programs like CarFit is one small way to help our community members feel more comfortable and confident behind the wheel.

I’m so grateful for our Senior Center, our amazing CarFit friends, our fantastic musician, our fun trivia contestants, and everyone who came out to make the day super special.

The safety mission matters. The friendships matter. And sometimes, so do hot dogs and bragging rights. 😂🏆

We love our community! Thank you all so much for having us again this year! ❤️

If you weren’t at WYHS last night…why not?! What. A. Night! 🔥

The ‘hall was such a vibe - homecoming, alumni night, hanging with good friends and making new ones, and an awesome time celebrating the community! 🤲

Annnnnnd in case you missed it, the WYHS Rams football squad got another win! Great job by the players, coaches and staff stacking dubs!

But best part about this team? They’re just getting started. They play TOGETHER. They play with heart, confidence, passion and urgency, and they’re so fun to watch!

Keep it rolling, boys…..onto the next. 💪

Thank you all so much for having me, as always. I’m certainly a proud friend and an honored supporter of the kids, families, schools and community.

Go Rams! ❤️🖤

Why do I coach?

There are so many reasons, but at the heart of it…because of the kids. ❤️

I coach to make an impact. To be someone who encourages them, challenges them, believes in them, and hopefully leaves them a little better than I “found” them.

I coach to instill positivity and promote teamwork - because sports have a way of teaching lessons that go way beyond the scoreboard. How to communicate. How to support your teammates. How to celebrate someone else’s success. How to be part of something bigger than yourself.

I coach to help kids build fundamentals and develop skills they can carry with them for years to come. Not just the skills of the game, but leadership, confidence, resilience, discipline and the ability to keep going when things get tough.

I coach because I love kids, I love sports and I love sharing that passion with the next generation. But, some of my favorite moments have nothing to do with the game itself. They’re the amazing friendships that are formed, the confidence that grows, the kid who finally believes they can do something they once thought they couldn’t, and the memories they’ll carry with them long after the season ends.

And, I coach to give back.

I’ve been fortunate to have some incredible coaches, leaders and mentors in life who’ve invested their time, energy and belief in me. They taught me lessons that extend far beyond sports, and I’m grateful for the impact they had on me. Coaching is one of the ways I can pay that forward!

And the funny thing about coaching? I’m still learning, too.

Every season, every team and every kid teaches me something. Coaching challenges me to become a better communicator, leader, mentor and person. I may be there to help kids grow, but they continue to help me grow right alongside them.

That’s why I keep showing up.

For the kids.
For the community.
For the friendships.
For the lessons.
For the growth.
For the memories.

And hopefully, for the opportunity to make a difference that lasts long after the final whistle. 🏆

Happy National Coaches Day to all the coaches who continue to show up, pour into their players and make a difference! 💪

Went to a football field and a volleyball game broke out!” 🤪🏐

Last night, I had the pleasure of checking out the first-ever outdoor volleyball game at Whitehall Yearling High School, and it was such a vibe!

Awesome job by WYHS Athletic Director Bill Hughett, along with administrators, staff, students, coaches, and members of the community. I’m so proud to have been a small part of such an amazing event!

It was also Senior Night! Congratulations to all of the dedicated senior girls on an outstanding four years. We’re all so proud of you! And what a way to celebrate - with a big win! 🙌

Such a perfect night - great times, great weather, and even better people. Thank you to everyone who continues to do so much for our community, and thank you for having us! ❤️🖤

What an awesome afternoon at Columbus State Community College hanging out with my good friends, Zach Woodruff and Megan Meyer! ☀️

I’ve had the pleasure of calling these two friends for many years, and it’s been very cool to witness how passionate they are about our city, the people of Central Ohio, and the students and community they now serve at Columbus State.

It’s a beautiful campus already, and with their perseverance, determination and hustle, it’s about to become an even more exciting place for students and our community. So cool to see!

Thank you Zach, Megan and everyone at CSCC for the hospitality, the insight and the opportunity to spend some time with you. I can’t wait to see what you’re all able to accomplish in the very near future!

Proud to have great people like this right here in our community. 🙌

🏡❤️ HAPPY GOOD NEIGHBOR DAY! ❤️🏡

Today we’re celebrating the neighbors who make a community feel a little more like home.

You know the ones…
☕ The neighbor who brings you coffee.
🍪 The neighbor who drops off cookies just because.
📦 The neighbor who grabs your package before it sits outside all afternoon.
🚗 The neighbor with the jumper cables.
🌱 The neighbor who says, “Need a hand?”
❤️ And the neighbor who simply checks in and asks, “Hey, are you doing okay?”

Being a good neighbor doesn’t have to be a big thing. Sometimes it’s just noticing someone might need a little help
- and showing up.

So today, tag a good neighbor in your life and give them a little love! 👇❤️

From our Good Neighbor family to yours, Happy Good Neighbor Day! 🏡

If you’ve ever looked at your insurance policy and thought, “Wait… what does this actually mean?” - hi! 👋

That’s kind of our thing.
We believe you should actually understand what you’re paying for.

That means:
• We answer the phone.
• We call you back.
• We explain your coverage in normal-human language.
• We offer virtual meetings when that’s easier.
• We’re here when you actually need us - not just when it’s time to renew.
• And we genuinely love being part of our local community and supporting other small businesses.

Insurance doesn’t have to be confusing or impersonal.

So if you’ve been meaning to review your coverage….maybe your phone really did send you here. 😉

Send me a message and let’s talk.

🚨 POV: You hear there’s a thief stealing wheels off police cars…

The police? Working TIRELESSLY to catch him. 🛞🚔😂

Honestly, this joke is going nowhere.

I’ll “wheel” myself out now 🤦🏻‍♂️
