Meet your 2026–27 Secretary, Katie! ❤️
Katie is currently attending cosmetology school and is entering her second year on the cheerleading team. After 11 years of cheerleading, she is excited to continue growing as both a cheerleader and teammate while helping build a strong and welcoming team this season.

When Katie isn’t at cheer or working on her cosmetology education, she loves online shopping, hanging out with friends and family, going to IU Bloomington basketball games, and tumbling in her free time. She is always looking for ways to stay busy, have fun, and make new memories with the people around her.

A few fun facts: Katie has been cheering for 11 years and has experience in all positions! Throughout her cheer career, she has had the opportunity to learn different roles and gain experience that she hopes to bring into this season. She loves everything that cheer has brought into her life, especially the friendships, memories, and opportunities to grow.
As Secretary, Katie’s goal is to help rebuild and strengthen the cheer team while creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed and included. She is especially excited to meet new people, get to know the new members of the team, and build friendships with both veterans and rookies.
Katie hopes to be the best teammate she can be for everyone on the team. Whether that means encouraging a teammate, helping someone learn something new, or simply being someone they can count on, she wants to make this season a positive and memorable one for everyone.

Katie is so excited for another year of cheer and can’t wait to see what this season brings! She is looking forward to making new memories, building friendships, growing together, and making this a season to remember. ❤️

✨Practice with Grenadier Cheerleading! ✨

This team has faced adversity and triumph time and time again, yet we continue to show up, push forward, and prove what it means to be a Grenadier! ❤️🤍

I am SO proud of each and every one of our teammates and the resilience they continue to demonstrate. Through every challenge, every setback, and every obstacle, we choose to keep going. We choose to grow, to fight for one another, and to keep building something bigger than ourselves.

When the world tells us to stop, WE KEEP GOING. We are stronger together, and no matter what comes our way, we will continue to rise. This team is built on heart, determination, and a refusal to give up.

Grenadiers don’t back down. We rise, we rebuild, and we keep moving forward! 🤟💂🏽‍♂️❤️🤍
