Now that the wedding day has come and gone, I find myself replaying every moment in my heart. What once seemed so far away arrived in the blink of an eye and passed even faster. I remember holding my daughter as a baby, wondering who she would become. On her wedding day, I watched her get ready and walk confidently into a new chapter of her life, and I saw a woman elegant, glowing with love, laughter and yes a belly full of butterflies 🦋. The day was filled with joy, laughter, tears, and endless hugs and dancing. Watching her exchange her vows before god and her personal promises to her husband was both beautiful and bittersweet. As I reflect on that special day, I feel overwhelming gratitude to those that celebrated with us. The flowers have faded, the music has ended and the guests have gone home, but the memories remain. This picture of my little girl captures my memory of simply having my breath taken away of pure love! The wedding was not an ending- it was just the beginning.
