POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I am excited to share that the Speaker of the House has appointed me to serve on the board of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina. The EDPNC plays a pivotal role in strengthening our state's economic landscape, from recruiting and supporting businesses to elevating tourism and helping communities across North Carolina build strong foundations for the future.

I am truly energized by the opportunity to join an organization that is creating real momentum for our state. I believe deeply in the power of thoughtful economic and lifestyle development to uplift communities, expand opportunity, and shape the future in meaningful ways. I look forward to contributing to the work that lies ahead.

Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. I am grateful, honored, and ready for this next chapter! taken in Gretchen Coley Group by @gretchencoley

I never imagined my story would be featured in CEO Weekly, but I’m incredibly grateful. This piece dives into how I went from instability to building one of the top real estate teams in Raleigh.

My story is about resilience, vision, and doing work that truly matters. If you’ve ever wondered why I do what I do, this is it.

This is the energy I’m bringing into my golden era!

Today I turn 50!

Not very long ago, 50 seemed really old.

I spent most of my 20s 30s and 40s telling everyone I was 29 😊 I’m pretty convincing 😉

But now that this day has arrived, I’m settled into it. It doesn’t seem old, it actually feels glorious.

If I could tell my younger self, anything, I would tell her :

You are good enough
You are smart enough
You have everything you need
Hard work is everything and people who have passion, perseverance, and a willingness to work hard for what they want are always successful!

In my early years, I tried to live my life by the calendar and plan all of its parts.

The funny thing is my life is so much more than I even could have ever planned or even dreamed it to be.

Incredible husband, three children I couldn’t be more proud of, a team that I never believe possible or dared to dream of and a desire every day to wake up and serve.

Last year, I gave away more money in a year than I ever thought I would earn in a year.

Paying it forward feel goods, but you know what it feels better? Mentoring, coaching, lifting my children, and all of the people who join our team. There is no better feeling than seeing something in someone that they don’t see in themselves and helping them reach their full potential. I’ve come to understand that is why God put here, to serve!

I’m claiming this year for me. The year of taking care of myself, realizing my full potential. 50 is for fun, for celebrations, joy, and loving who God made me and this wonderful adventure I’m living in!

Cheers to Fearlessly moving into being 50 and Fabulous!

I have 4 rules I don’t break.

They keep the focus on more than just getting to the closing table.

It is about understanding what matters, protecting what you have built, and staying ahead of the things that can get in the way. by @gretchencoley

There comes a point where you stop needing to prove yourself and start trusting what the years have already taught you.

When Raleigh business owners come together, incredible things happen. 🤝✨

We recently celebrated one year of the Best of Raleigh at @level7rooftopbar in North Hills, and this night was a perfect reminder of why we started this community in the first place.

It’s more than networking. It’s business owners connecting, exchanging ideas, celebrating each other’s wins, discovering new opportunities, and building relationships that extend far beyond one event.

From collaborations and referrals to conversations about marketing, growth, and what’s next for Raleigh, these are the connections that make our community so special.

A huge thank you to every Best of Raleigh partner who joined us and to everyone who has been part of this first year. We’re so grateful for what we’ve built together, and we’re just getting started. 🥂
