March started with my last day in Cartagena, then some time at home seeing friends and making pizzas & cake for Max’s birthday party (17!) before meeting @miasuzanne06 in Italy for an amazing whirlwind spring break exploring Rome, Florence, and Venice. After a quick week at home, Max & I ended the month in the Outer Banks with my brother & my beautiful nieces. by @gretrowe

Among other things in this February of half hibernation & half exploration, I produced a comedic headliner in (icy!) DC, saw friends I hadn’t seen in much too long, made new ones while escaping winter with a stint on @ritzcarltonyachtcollection’s Evrima for @engagesummits Engage!26, and ended with a group of beautiful people in the spectacularly vibrant city of Cartagena. @1secondeveryday by @gretrowe

Loving how this new habit reminds
me to appreciate beauty wherever I am, and reinforces my commitment to appreciation for the moments in between. Whirlwind first month of the year with great trips & great friends (including two weddings!), lots of girl time with @miasuzanne and her favorite buddy Draco before leaving her in Prague for her semester abroad, some serious winter weather, a few homemade pizzas & other comfort food, and ending with a gorgeous almost full winter moon & only days away from my wonderful daughters’s 20th birthday & my next super fun event in my 21st year of growth with @elanartists. @1secondeveryday by @gretrowe

I can’t tell you where I was last week 😉 but it felt great to be appreciated where I wasn’t! @laurynprattes friends, I’m so flattered by the cool & creative “Metallic Barbie CEO” mock cover you designed for this year’s Ornament Exchange! Feeling very seen, very pink, a little jealous that I wasn’t there to celebrate, and wishing this suit was actually in my closet! (Original by @eliturnerphoto for @dcmagazine)

Celebrating back to campus in a HUGE way this year with @ladygaga’s unbelievable Mayhem Ball @thegarden. As @miasuzanne06 says, “she is IT!!!” She absolutely is. One of my favorite moments in this stunning non-stop theatrical production was Gaga’s intimate rendition of the surprise song of the night. She had taken out an in-ear to let the crowd fill her soul as she fills ours. Audio on for slide two! taken in Madison Square Garden by @gretrowe
