October and November are the perfect months for outdoor photoshoots in Houston! The weather is finally cooling down, making it perfect for photos. It had been a while since I last did an outdoor cake smash session, and I loved getting to do one again!

Fall photos coming up and not sure what to wear?🍁

I put together some easy outfit combinations you can use as inspiration, plus a few of my favorite places to shop for photo outfits.

The biggest tip: coordinate, don’t match. Pick a few colors that work well together and build everyone’s outfits around them.

Save this for when you’re planning your fall photos or send it to a friend who might need it.

Every year after Christmas sessions, I get asked where I recommend ordering Christmas cards, so I put all my favorites in one place!

There’s an option for pretty much everyone, whether you care most about print quality, cute designs, pricing, sustainability, or want something a little different.

If you found this post helpful, share it with a friend!🎄

I photographed Andrea & Esteban’s wedding in October 2025, and in August they welcomed their sweet baby girl, Martina. Now I got to photograph her newborn photos too 🥹

So sweet getting to capture another little chapter of their lives!

Sometimes we spend more time getting baby settled than actually taking photos 😂

I love how confused babies are at the beginning of their cake smash when they realize mom and dad are actually encouraging them to make a mess 😂 It never takes long for them to get into it though!
