Lately, I feel like I’ve lost myself somewhere along the way.

And if I’m being completely honest, I don’t even know exactly when or how it happened. I just know that I don’t really recognize myself right now.

I feel like my body and my soul are two completely different things. Like I’m here, but I’m not fully here. I don’t have the same motivation, inspiration or energy for the things I normally love.

I struggle to find time for myself. Even five minutes to put on a face mask can feel impossible. And when I finally take that 30-minute shower and wash my hair, I somehow end up feeling guilty for being away for “so long”.

Do you hear me? I feel like I’m constantly trying to give and be everything for everyone else, and somewhere along the way, I forgot about myself.

And maybe that’s why I’ve found it difficult to come back here and share lately. It’s hard to inspire others when I’m still trying to understand what’s happening inside me.

But I want to be honest with you. So, little by little, I’m trying to let you into our everyday life again. No pressure to have everything figured out. No pretending that I’m feeling 100% when I’m not.

I think it might take some time to find my way back to myself.

And maybe that’s okey.

For now, I’m just trying to give myself the same love, patience and grace that I so easily give to everyone else. 🤍 love you! by @greturb

What a few days in Gdańsk, and what a bachelorette party for my sis @sguoda ! 🤍✨

Days filled with so many memories, love, laughter, surprises, happy tears and the best kind of chaos. 🥹🥂

A girls’ trip that was so needed — and a weekend I’ll hold close to my heart for a very long time. So grateful for these girls, for this time together, and for all the beautiful memories we got to create. 🫶🏼
