Jinkies, Scoob! Who stole the hosts of Nightmare in Mount Pleasant's hidden gems? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ The gang was up to the mystery, and Diamond Dan may just have gotten away with it if not for those meddling, melodically-inclined kids ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’Ž We had an absolute blast celebrating the return of the gems, with everyone who came out to NW DC's greatest Halloween party, through an hour of classic soul, motown, and funk tunes, plus a few surprises thrown in for good measure. Thank you to @chichamorada_ and DJ Wormuth for two amazing performances that had us grooving all night long ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿ•บ and to the hosts for allowing us to grace your back patio (and for throwing truly legendary events) ๐Ÿฅณ This party was the most special of ways to send off our guitarist @rosen_noah, departing for Brazil in just under twelve hours to begin an exciting new chapter of life with his family there. Noah was the very first gem that Diamond Dan had the pleasure of meeting, and he is a man of the cleanest guitar licks and the warmest kindness. We will miss you brother!!! One final note is that we will be playing our next show on Saturday! We are excited to play @deathpunchbar_dc on Saturday, November 7th at 8 PM with @velcreauxband, who from what we've heard sound FANTASTIC. We'd love to see you there ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ๐ŸŽธ by @greyford.mp4
It's almost Halloween night, and something sinister is afoot in NW DC ๐Ÿ•ธ๐Ÿ’€ Diamond Dan and his Hidden Gems are set to make what at first glance might look like a routine appearance at the so-called "Nightmare in Mount Pleasant," but just as dreams deceive, all may not be as it seems... ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ’Ž Something more is going on here: as secret songs of yore are heard, so too shall stolen riches and their thieves be revealed. Come see the mystery unravel this Saturday at Mount Pleasant's greatest annual Halloween thriller of a party ๐ŸŽƒ๐ŸŽƒ๐ŸŽƒ by @greyford.mp4

What a ๐Ÿ’Ž gem ๐Ÿ’Ž of an evening Uptown Art All Night was! Diamond Dan and his Hidden Gems had an amazing time grooving with everyone who joined us at the show in the @anxocider alley. @room_48band and @highereduband put on inspiring sets of their own, and @specialberriez kept the energy flowing between sets. It all made for a brilliant Friday night in Brightwood! Thank you so much to @hrrecords and @uptownmainstreet for the opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful community event. by @greyford.mp4
