GPI Friday Available Dog Report ~ Brightwater walk this morning with CANDY, BEN and JONATHAN. We had a delightful outing, especially BEN, feeling full of himself kicking and prancing along. After the walk, Monica spent time in the park with KEN, then KENZO in the lobby with puzzles and snuffles. Happy guy! Thank you, volunteers 😚 ! Photos by Monica and Chris N. A long-time GPI adopter came to us looking for a new companion for her greyhound Saul and Blue Heeler mix Colby. Her 15-year-old greyhound Twyla passed away earlier this year and the boys missed having a girl around. We had a girl in mind when she arrived: a bouncy 5-year-old from Ireland who was recently returned due to increasing separation anxiety. The pups hit it off right from the start, so it didn't take much convincing! Congratulations to Nellie (now Nala Luisa) and her new pack! Here's Nellie nka Nala Luisa (black) with new mom, Joni & new brothers, Colby Ignacio & Solomon Saul (fka, Jack). by @greyhoundpetsinc
GPI Tuesday Available Dog Report ~ Brightwater walk with GLEN, TRUCK and CANDY. Tippa joined along. A lovely outing north through the woods of colorful leaves. After the walk, OLLIE came out for puzzles in the lobby. Short of turnout volunteers so Robin and Chris helped for a bit. Some turnout photos were added. We thought by now Ollie would have been adopted 🥺 this sweet and very gentle boy from Canada is waiting for his family to find him here! #greyhound #adoptagreyhound #greyhoundrescue #greyhoundsofinstagram #fyp by @greyhoundpetsinc
A couple came in today looking for their first dog together. She had met a few of our pups at the open house a couple of weeks ago, but they wanted to meet a few more together. We had quite a few to introduce, and the hounds were all eager to show off their personalities. The English boy they ended up choosing loves to play with a ball and has been a frequent star on recent Brightwater walks - congratulations to Frank and his new mom & dad, Noelle and Robert. . . . . #adoptagreyhound #greyhoundsmakegreatpets #greyhoundlove #greyhound #greyhounds #greyhoundsofinstagram #greyhoundsarefamily #retiredgreyhound #greyhounds #gpi #availableforadoption #englishgreyhounds #greyhoundpetsinc by @greyhoundpetsinc
