What an honor it was for our singers to get this reaction in the room from Charlie Puth, and then a double honor to hear that this moment was one of his favorite memories making his new album, Whatever’s Clever. Whew! We’ve been on an Awards Season blitz! But this past week with our @sinnersmovie family has been the ultimate culmination.The entire journey has been a complete dream, which is most certainly an understatement. Ending the week with our epic performance for the Academy Awards was next level - But the best part of this entire Sinners Movie journey has been the people that we’ve met along the way. Those that we’ve performed along side, and those who have constantly reached out to us again and again to keep us involved in the process. There is so much love in this group of people - it’s definitely hard to put into words. Last week we had the honor of contracting the choir for the Black Movie Soundtrack V at the Hollywood Bowl.They were lead by the incomparable @lydiarenes who brought together a dream team of vocalists to add to the already brimming pool of talent on that stage.They got to provide vocal support to some iconic talent including Jennifer Holliday, PJ Morton, and Miles Caton singing his iconic song from the Sinners Soundtrack - that part is surreal in so many ways……just look at our previous posts.Grateful to the @laphil and @therealmarcusmiller for having us, @dhodgeworld for being super real and always bringing the beautiful arrangements, and to the amazing singers who graced the stage - #hollywoodbowl #lasingers #blackmoviesoundtrack #colorpurple #sinners @lydiarenes @nicholetshelton @sanginsara @sharonyoungblood @1kaloking_aka_urbanverse @derrickcevans by @greylocentertainment

Congratulation to the @dc6singers on their work on Ryan Coogler and @proximitymedia Sinners movie - so excited to get to work with such talented individuals day in and day out. This team has worked so hard and grown immensely over the past few years so getting this call was definitely a dream. The movie is amazing, the story is great and the way Ludwig Goransson and team use the music to weave the story together is expertly crafted. GreyLoc Entertainment had the immense honor of contracting vocals for Solange Knowles’ and Saint Heron’s Mary Lou Williams Choir who took part in #EldoradoBallroom this past weekend under the direction of @maestroweather at the #waltdisneyconcerthallThe singers SANG down 🔥🔥 - I mean listen to this short live clip from the evening!!! 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 Y’all did that!!!Thank you to the @laphil @maestroweather @saintheron and @solangeknowles for having us. Last night was such a beautiful curation that took us through so many variations of spiritual music, and we were happy to play a small part in bringing it together along with the other amazing musicians who took part in this wonderful night.
