Chic & Elevated Halloween Decor!
Some of these pieces I’ve loved and used for years! Absolutely adore personitying objects, especially skeletons, jack-o-lanterns, and animal statues! Love using any type of hat, accessory such as glasses or a pipe, and/or clothing to achieve this look! It’s literally one of my favorite things to do for holiday decor! It adds such a whimsical feel to everything!
Another favorite are glass vases!! The large one with a top, I literally got from Goodwill the other day for 7.99! You can get sooo creative with what you put inside! Same goes for using a cloche! Easy step by step HOW TO on drying artichoke to use as holiday or home decor!!

Step 1: By fresh artichoke
Step 2: Get a bowl and make a tape grid think tic•tac•toe)
Step 3: Hang them with stems face down
Step 4: Store in cool dark room for 7-10 days Step 5: (Optional) Add paint for desired finish look

Time to dry some artichokes! Follow along to see how simple it is! The drying out process takes roughly 7-10 days in a cool dark room and at the end, you get beautiful new chic decor.

To dry fresh artichokes for decor (such as centerpieces, wreaths, or bowls), use the air-drying method with a taped grid.

How to...As follows

• Build a grid: Lay strips of scotch tape or strong tape horizontally and vertically across the top of a deep bowl or stainless steel container to form a grid.
• Position the artichokes: Gently open the bracts (leaves) slightly and seat each artichoke into a square of the tape grid with the stem facing down. Space them out so they do not touch.
• Choose the location: Place the bowl in a cool, dark, and dry room with good air circulation such as a room with a ceiling fan or a basement).
• Wait for drying: Leave them undisturbed for about 7 to 10 days (or up to 2 weeks).
They are fully dry when they become very lightweight and their green color fades tomuted, earthy tones.
• Optional finish: You can spray paint the dried artichokes with craft paint or seal them if you want to alter their color or sheen for floral arrangements.

Here’s a little more detailed explanation of my Harry potter creative process for decorating halloween decor. Another day... Another Branch!
Clearly there was no way I was going to fit this beautiful thang in my vehicle, BUT my amazing Hero of a Husband came to my rescue with his truck, because Texas baby!!! Luckily I wasn’t too tar away!

Hi. Hello. Hi. This is me...and yes this is my mind all day long! Living in my purpose and just going for it! All of my trust is in God, always!
Surrendering per usual to his greater plan and trusting in him fully because when God is in the driver seat, you don’t worry! Faith always! p.s. my detault is joy so yes am this happy A LOT!! also have no filter! You should see the parts I edited out!
God is so good! My hope
is that you hear my testimony and when you see me, you see all that he’s done in my life and putting God first in everything you do will show you a peace and joy you never knew existed and once you feel that love and that kind of peace, you NEVER want to let it go!
