The biggest disappointment I faced in life was when I lost my mother. That disappointment created the biggest hole in my heart. I remember questioning God and saying if you’re so good, then why You let her die in that car accident?. Where were your angels to protect her? And in my grief, I turned my back on God. I turned my back on someone I still didn’t know, in that moment tragedy felt bigger than what I thought He was, at that moment I only knew the pain of losing her, so I shut down I didn’t give God a chance to show me who He is. I didn’t give Him a chance for His love and grace to restore me, so I let other things try to fill that hole in my heart, temporary things that never brought me into real fulfillment. Around the end of 2007, I when to a church where Pastor Miguel & Diana @mike_pereiradc @diana__jamilet were pastoring. I went to a couple of services, and I felt something that filled my heart, but I still didn’t understand what it was, so I kept going with my life. Fell in love got married had a kid. I felt I had everything I wanted a family, a business, and stability, but at the end of the year of 2014, all that changed a separation happed, and four years later, there was a divorce once again. I was in a situation where I was questioning God and His justice. I gave my heart in this relationship, wasn’t that enough? But this time I didn’t shut down, I remember what I felt when I held my son in my arms for the first time it was that love that pushed me to seek for something bigger than myself, my soul knew God was there but didn’t know how to find Him. I was broken enough to let His lights shine through, and despite of me shutting down and giving my back on Him years before God didn’t give up on me. He received me with welcome arms, and that’s one of many testimonies I can give of Him. Even after giving my life to Christ, I have faced challenge after challenge, but I kept going because He never gave up on me the only thing that God wanted was my heart. #agapelove #Realthing If you think you are too far from GRACE, God has not given up on you either. by @gricelda.noemy
Only God can fill the void you keep trying to fill with temporary things and fleeting feelings. You chase after shallow relationships or “moments of happiness” thinking they’ll finally make you feel whole. But no matter how good they are, they never last — because they were never meant to. You pour yourself into moments — hoping they’ll heal, hoping they’ll stay. But they fade. They always do. Because the heart was never meant to find its home in what doesn’t last. There’s a sacred emptiness inside you that only Heaven can touch and only God can fill. A peace that only His presence can give. A joy that doesn’t depend on circumstances. When you stop running after what fades and start resting in the One who stays, that’s when you’ll finally feel full — not because life is perfect, but because your heart is anchored in something eternal. Only His presence quiets the noise. Only His love steadies the ache. Only His grace fills what the world cannot. Stop chasing what fades. Rest in the One who remains. #Faith #Peace #Purpose #JesusFillsTheVoid #agape #loveisachoice #lovedoes by @gricelda.noemy
In 2015, I gave my life to Christ. Although over the last 10 years there have been many prayers that seemed unanswered, I still choose to behold Him. Even though I still wrestle with some things, I continue to behold Him—because there is no greater love than the one displayed at the cross. When I experienced rejection from those I loved, His love met me in my confusion and pain. He did not let go of me until a beautiful garden grew in my heart. Countless times, I wanted to run from the process—a process that only He knows how to work out for my good. A process that taught me to trust in His timing, even when I wanted the pain to disappear instantly, or when I thought the wounds in my heart were healed but was still walking around with sore places that kept me from fully receiving His love. But God, being who He is—Love—patiently stood by my side until His promises to restore my heart became true. All along, that’s all He ever wanted. God is not interested in perfection; He is interested in a willing heart. A heart still willing to love despite life’s disappointments, despite the weariness of feeling like no one is in your corner. A heart still willing to let God work wonders in their life. by @gricelda.noemy

Why do we keep running to temporary things when God, the Creator of the universe, can fill that void? We keep trying to fill it with cheap energy, when all we have to do is open our hearts to His presence and grace. by @gricelda.noemy

About to annoy, inspired some of you for the next 10 months as I keep documenting another challenge I have set up for myself in 2027. I’m shifting gears from Hyrox to ATHX. ATHX is a 2.5-hour continuous hybrid fitness competition that blends maximal strength, aerobic endurance, and high-intensity metabolic conditioning. Divided into ATHX Lite (beginner-friendly, lighter weights), ATHX Open (standard weights), and ATHX Pro (elite loads). by @gricelda.noemy

Doing Hyrox for a 3rd time gave me a little reminder: it’s a privilege to do hard things. Movement is a blessing. #hyroxdc2026 by @gricelda.noemy
