welcome 🌲

we are in the beginning stages of forming a communal land project, farm, and grief ritual space in Laytonville, CA (Mendocino County).

our grief rituals are 3-day retreats where you can join us in a guided container to reconnect with the love beneath grief — for people, places, species, communities, and worlds changing around us.

our first retreat, held for friends and family in early May, was beautiful, tender, and deeply transformative. we’re feeling grateful and humbled by what is budding here.

our next is from July 24-26 and will be open to the public 💗

we all have grief, because life is change and change includes loss.

you don't need to come into ritual with a specific loss on your mind; what's ready in your heart, what needs to be seen and held, will emerge when it feels the safety and invitation of the space we create together.

what if grief wasn't meant to be carried alone?

over the past year, my life has become devoted to building @griefoasis. we're a sprouting community forming around ritual and relationship with the land. we are creating intentional space to connect to life with reverence, openness, and a willingness to be changed.

in a couple of weeks we'll gather for our first public weekend grief ritual on the land. after, we'll pause larger gatherings for a season while we tend the slower work of growing relationship.
