In 2025, we saw home design evolve in exciting ways, and our team made sure our listings were market-ready with the trends buyers were craving.

Here’s what was hot this year:

Seamless & built-in cabinetry with integrated range hoods for clean, cohesive kitchens

Marble shower curbs and large-format tiles creating spa-like bathrooms

Nature-inspired textures and biophilic elements that bring warmth and calm

Curved furniture and organic shapes for inviting, cozy living spaces

Statement lighting & mixed metals that make rooms feel elevated

Two-tile bathroom schemes to keep design minimalist but luxurious

💡 By combining these design-forward features with expert staging, we sold homes faster than any other realtor in our market in 2025. Our days on market were shorter than the competition, giving our clients faster closings and stronger offers.

📈 2025 proved that when style meets strategy, buyers notice — and so do results. by @griff_fin

Cinderella story. Me and a lot of people grew up going to this house. Pre prom, post prom, just good times all around. The family has always been very kind and more than hospitable. I was honored to remodel this home for them from top to bottom. With help from my wife on design @bailey.q.christian and @homesbyjuli. Landscape by @landscapelulu. Staging by @framestaginghouse we were able to pull off one of my favorites to date. Open houses this weekend! Come see us. Strength and honor taken in North Pacific Beach by @griff_fin
