Maddox Harris Griffin 🐻 October 8th 🐻 7lbs 15oz

Our baby boy made a fast, furious and yet peaceful entrance into this world on Wednesday, October 8th. God answered every single prayer I sent up to Him during this pregnancy regarding labor and delivery…always faithful.

In and out of labor waves in our first born’s bedroom, I rocked and surrendered as this song played over and over in my head. We made it to the hospital just in time for baby to roar his way into the world.

Thank you Lord God for the most beautiful baby boy to add to our caboose. Jhett is absolutely in love and my heart is so full for our boys. Let the chaos continue 😅 by @griffinjg

On May 14th @ 7:06am, our lives changed forever and I received the best Mother’s Day gift. Our sweet Angel baby, Jhett Ashton Griffin was born…8lbs. 1oz. 21 1/2in.

We are completely obsessed and smitten. I stare at him and thank God for knitting him perfectly in my womb, standing by us throughout labor and delivery and trusting us to be his parents, we’re so grateful and undeserving.

Welcome to this fun, wild ride Jhett Jhett! You have our hearts forever.

The day that two people became one.

A week later and I am still in shock that we’re married! LaQuoya I thank God everyday for bringing you into my life you complete me. You looked absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to show these pictures to our future kids and Beckham.

Thank you to everyone that came near and far to celebrate our union. Big shoutout to the dream team (Joanna and Jeneshia), my brothers for standing up there with me and everyone in between.

This was the best day of my life and I am glad we got to share it with everyone.

Happy S I X M O N T H S Maddox! You are the absolute perfect puzzle piece to our caboose. Man, that flew by; feels like we just brought you home. Your gummy grin, belly laugh, strong appetite 🫣, absolute adoration for your big brother, “jumpies” when Dada enters the room and grabbing mommy’s face and hair has filled our lives with SO much joy our hearts are so full.

Happy 2nd birthday, my boy! It’s hard to believe two whole years have passed since the day you came into this world and changed me and your mom’s life forever. From the moment I held you in my arms, I felt unconditional love for you.

Watching you grow over these past two years has been amazing. Your smile is infectious , and your curiosity inspires me to see the world through new eyes. Whether you’re running around the house full of energy, asking for a snack, or fighting bedtime you remind me what really matters in life.

You’ve taught me some many things in these short two years. You’ve shown me how to slow down, how to find joy in the smallest things, and how strong and patient love can be. You are kind, brave, smart, and silly—and every single day, I’m proud to be your “DaDa”.

As you turn two, I want you to know that I and your mama will always be here for you. To cheer you on, to comfort you, to guide you, and most importantly, to love you—unconditionally and without end. You are my greatest gift, my biggest blessing, and my heart walking outside of my body.

Happy Birthday 1st Birthday Jhett Ashton Griffin! You have brought so much joy, love and happy tears into our lives in this past year! I remember your mom telling me she was pregnant with you like it was yesterday. I remember watching you take your first breath in this world and being filled with so much joy that you were finally here. I thank God every day that he chose me to be your Dad! Baby boy has been with us for S I X whole months and I can’t believe we were living without him just 6 months ago. He’s brought so much light to our lives. Every morning, that gummy smile makes everything better. We strive to be better everyday for him and to make small magical moments like celebrating his 1/2 birthday with balloons, a handmade party hat 🫣, and a new set of car keys (we can’t wait to save them and give to him for his 16th birthday 😂). Ahhh I could go ON AND ON about how much we love you Jhett and how incredibly proud and honored we are to be your parents. You’ve taught us so much in your 6 months here and we can’t wait for allll the days, months and years to come! 💙 by @griffinjg
