Did you know Grimaldi’s Pizzeria under the Brooklyn Bridge might be the reason it’s THIS famous? 😅 📍 @grimaldispizzeria

Zagat-rated the BEST coal-fired brick oven pizza, using a pizza-making tradition that goes back over 100 years — now with locations right here in Texas!

Got the extra pepperoni hot honey pie and it did not disappoint — crispy coal-fired crust, sweet heat, huge pie. 🍕🔥

✨𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙔𝙊𝙍𝙆’𝙎 𝙁𝘼𝙈𝙊𝙐𝙎 𝙋𝙄𝙕𝙕𝙀𝙍𝙄𝘼 𝙄𝙎 𝙄𝙉 𝙏𝙀𝙓𝘼𝙎✨🍕 one of New York’s most famous pizzerias is right here in Texas and if you love a thin, crispy, perfectly charred pizza you need to go to @grimaldispizzeria 🤌🏽🍕🇮🇹

Grimaldi’s started underneath the Brooklyn Bridge in DUMBO and is known for carrying on a Brooklyn pizza making tradition that dates back more than 100 years ✨👀 their pizzas are cooked in a signature coal fire brick oven, which is what gives the crust that crispy slightly smoky finish. You don’t get that from a traditional oven 🔥

Pro tip: add extra cheese to your huge calzone for the most insane cheese pull 👀😂✨ and order the Exxtra Pepperoni + Hot Honey pizza (TRUST ME) !!! 🍯🔥

so if you’re a pizza person, especially if you love that New York style thin crust, add Grimaldi’s to your list !!!

There’s just something about breaking into a golden, perfectly baked calzone and watching all that gooey, melted cheese stretch with every bite! 🤤 Crispy on the outside, warm and cheesy on the inside, and served with their delicious marinara sauce for dipping. It’s everything I love about comfort food wrapped into one irresistible bite!

If you haven’t tried the calzone at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria yet, you’re seriously missing out! 🍕❤️ @grimaldispizzeria taken in Grimaldi's by @grimaldispizzeria
