Reflecting on the past 6 years, I’m incredibly proud and blessed to have coached and worked with these 20 out of the many next-level athletes who’ve come through the lab 💪🏽🛠️. These young men have poured their all into the grind, and it’s amazing to see their hard work pay off. This collage showcases just my football guys! 🏈

Stay tuned for more, as I’ll soon be spotlighting the basketball athletes who have also been a part of this incredible journey. 🏀 To my other past football players, send me your college/university photos, and I’ll make sure to include you in Round 2 of this showcase.

Some days the schedule wins… but the mission don’t stop.

Between coaching, teaching, training, and just trying to breathe through life without Mama here, I’ve had to be intentional about taking care of myself. My village has held me up, and I’m doing the best I can to keep showing up whole.

Blessed. Truly.

Not every coach gets to watch the story continue, but I do.
I was able to pour into Big Bro Parker the past two years… now God trusted me to pour into his little brother Harrison too.

We’ve been grinding for months, brick by brick, rep by rep.

And the work is showing! Player of the Year in his rugby program… 2nd in the state… and he’s just getting started.

This ain’t luck.
This ain’t hype.
This is process.
This is Grind Hard
This is what happens when a young man buys in and believes in who he’s becoming.

We are Proud of you, Harrison.

The torch didn’t just get passed, it got elevated.

Two young men. Two different journeys. One truth: the fruit takes time to grow.

I’m proud of Parker, graduating from Priory High School, and I’m proud of Dorian Stone, earning his Bachelor’s from Quincy University. These aren’t overnight stories. These are years of discipline, sacrifice, late nights, early mornings, and a village that refused to let them fall.

The world celebrates the harvest… but I’ve watched the cultivation.
The pruning. The storms. The seasons where nothing seemed to be happening, but everything was being developed.

This is what it looks like when young men stay rooted.
This is what it looks like when a community stands behind them.
This is what it looks like when you Believe Your Process.

Parker, Dorian, your growth is proof that the seeds we plant today become the leaders we need tomorrow.
It takes a village, and the village is proud today.
