A post I’ve waited so long to make…
Fairview Softball thank you for all the laughs, tears, sweat, pain, lessons and friendships. It wasn’t the 4 years I expected but I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. The long seasons with many tears shed were all worth it in the end. The setbacks weren’t so bad and only pushed me to prove others wrong. Thank you to my mom for never letting me doubt myself even when I didn’t believe I could. A special thanks goes to Coach Dumire for always seeing more in me and pushing me day in and day out to make me into the player I am today. I also want to thank Jake at OPF for pushing me hard in the offseason to improve my speed and strength wouldn’t have made it without the hard workouts. And finally to all the younger girls out there if the journey was easy you wouldn’t be getting any better. Hard work and offseason prep is key to success. Although this season didn’t go as far as I hoped we made sure to always have fun. #5signingout #allglorytogod #blackandgoldforever #breakasweatcrackasmile by @grinnell_31
