Things no one tells you about becoming a Pilates girly 🩰

People think Pilates is just cute sets and aesthetic studios.

But after teaching hundreds of classes… I see the same things happen to everyone:

🤍 You’ll realise your core was actually weak — even if you spent years in the gym

🤍 One day you’ll rearrange your entire schedule to make your favourite instructor’s class

🤍 You’ll keep emergency grip socks in your bag or car

🤍 You’ll start telling your friends: „You just don’t understand… Pilates is HARD.”

🤍 You never realised how much your inner thighs had been ignored… until now

🤍 Suddenly everything is sore — glutes, arms…
and somehow even your neck (why the neck?)

🤍 You’ll start noticing everyone’s posture everywhere you go

🤍 One day the instructor will use you as the demo and you’ll feel like the main character

🤍 Pilates will make you question your entire fitness history

🤍 Pilates followed by coffee or matcha suddenly becomes the best part of your day

🤍 And somehow… the shaking never actually stops

Because Pilates doesn’t really get easier.
You just become more aware of everything working.
