Rest Easy, Mama ❤️

My fiercely sweet grandma has left us peacefully. I lived around the corner from her for most of my life, and her impact on me is immeasurable. She truly was a great friend. From binge watching her 2 VHS tapes to playing hours of cards, I was never without a thick knitted pair of socks on my feet and my hat was never safe on my head at the dinner table.

Her humor was in her stubbornness and irreverence. I think the moments I'll miss most will be finding her from across the room and flipping her the bird, only to get a bigger one back in front of a twinkling eye.

Love you Mama. You gave me an amazing mom and a strong family to celebrate your life. by @gripsbread
