My mentor sent me this quote this morning and whew, did it hit deep. “Your faith can move mountains, and your doubt can create them.” It’s a reminder that the way we think can either propel us forward, or hold us back. Faith fuels action. Doubt builds invisible walls. Even the smallest decisions feel heavier when we second guess ourselves. Today, I’m choosing to believe in myself, my purpose, and what’s possible. 💜 Let’s move our mountains, with faith. How are you choosing to show up today? #FaithOverFear #MindsetMatters #DailyReflection #LatinaEmpowerment #FinancialFreedom #PersonalGrowth #PowerOfBelief by @griseldadq_
I will forever love you, pray just to talk to you. I’ll forever work hard to make sure you’ll forever be proud of your little sister. Things get rough, and I think to myself how much different would it be if I had you here. To make me smile, make me laugh, make me cry, and make me so so happy to call you my older brother. The pain isn’t there every single day, because you are and have always been with me, as my motivation, my go to, my big brother. My only brother. I love you so much, happy birthday King!

MI GENTE, OUR FIRST CISTERN IS FULLY FUNDED! 🇵🇷💧🙌🏽 From all of us at Somos El Cambio PR, THANK YOU to everyone who has donated, shared, and supported our mission to bring water to our people. Our first installation is scheduled for tomorrow morning, Monday November 2. You helped make this possible! 💙 A special thank-you to JUPI Puerto Rico, Puerto Rican Historical Collective, our diaspora, and every organization that has stepped up to support this mission. Every contribution, connection, and effort has helped bring us here. We have already visited six families throughout the island and listened to how the lack of water affects their daily lives. For some, this has been an ongoing struggle for months or years. They are why we keep going. Today, we celebrate this first step and keep working toward the second cistern! Our goal: 10 cisterns for 10 families. 💧 Boricua diaspora, let’s keep working hand in hand with our people here on the island. Wherever you are, you can contribute to the work Puerto Rico needs. Donate, share, and connect this mission with your family, friends, and organizations. There is still so much to do, and every effort counts! 🤝🏽 💧 Donation link in our bio. 📲 Cash App: $MkyaG | PayPal:@MkyaG For ATH Móvil, message us. Married to the mission… and now I have the ring to prove it. 💍😂 Being a mother was never going to dim my fire. If anything, it lit it UP. 🔥 My girls give me even more reason to keep growing, keep showing up, and keep building a life filled with purpose. This ring represents so much more than an accomplishment. It represents the commitment, the growth, and the people we get to help along the way. Helping people is at the root of everything we do. I’m so proud of my team, everything they’ve accomplished, and everything we’re working toward together even with my newborn on my hip! So much more is coming our way, and we’re just getting started. 💜 by @griseldadq_

🌺🇵🇷 SPIRIT OF BORIKÉN — WE DIDN’T JUST VISIT THE ISLAND, WE RECONNECTED WITH OUR ROOTS. 🇵🇷🌿 After experiencing the Spirit of Borikén retreat, something within us feels different. ❤️‍🔥 There is a deeper connection to the land, the ocean, our ancestors, and the spirit of an island that holds so much of our history. We didn’t just experience Puerto Rico — we felt it. We carried its energy with us, and we left with a deeper understanding of the connection that lives within our blood. And today, on Indigenous Peoples’ Day, that connection means even more. We don’t celebrate Christopher Columbus. We honor the Taíno ancestors who called this land Borikén long before colonization. We remember the lives lost, the cultures that were attacked, and the Indigenous spirit that could never be erased. Our retreat reminded us that our roots are not just something we read about in history books. They live in our traditions, our bodies, our stories, and the way we come together to heal, remember, and reconnect. 🌺 Borikén is more than an island to us. It is ancestry. It is memory. It is identity. It is home in a way that words cannot always explain. Today, we celebrate our ancestors, our Indigenous brothers and sisters, and every descendant keeping our culture alive. We came to Borikén seeking an experience, but we left carrying a deeper connection to who we are. ❤️‍🔥🌿 Our ancestors live through us. Our roots run deep. And our spirit will never be forgotten. #SpiritOfBorikén #IndigenousPeoplesDay #TaínoRoots #BoricuaPride #AncestralHealing QuisqueyaYBorikén OurAncestorsLiveOn by @griseldadq_
🇵🇷🤏🏽 This trip to la isla was in August, and I hadn’t yet posted about these ladies cause it’s too hard to put in words. But on Indigenous People’s Day it now seemed like the right time. This is one of the first times I felt I was able to be fully myself around a group of women. Would you believe in the last photo on these slides, is when I first met all of them?! y parece que nos conocemos de toda la vida. Este viaje me sanó. In so many ways it was exactly what I needed. Started as strangers and I left with sisters that I know will stay in my life. We learned more deeply about Taíno culture, language, and roots. We learned about and connected with our ancestors while building relationships, giving back to the land and volunteering, and some sol y playa of courseeeee. @divinesnyc @griseldadq_ @krystalclearaction planned it all and I couldn’t be more grateful. by @griseldadq_
You are your ancestors’ wildest dreams. We honor them through what we build, what we teach our children, and how we care for our land and each other. Que nuestros sueños también siembren un mejor futuro para quienes vienen después. Por nuestros ancestros, por nuestros hijos y por nuestra hermosa Borikén. 🇵🇷 What’s one way you stay connected to your roots? ¿Cómo mantienes viva esa conexión? 👇🏽 #IndigenousPeoplesDay #DiaDeLosPueblosIndigenas #Taino #PuertoRico #Boricua by @griseldadq_
I always loved money. But I wanted to understand why I was working so hard and still felt like getting ahead was out of reach. As Latinas and Latinos, we are some of the hardest-working people out here. We deserve to have something to show for that works beyond having the bills paid and another shift completed. We deserve to retire with confidence. To understand our options. To protect ourselves while we’re here and provide for our loved ones when we’re gone. To learn how to grow our money and protect what we’ve worked so hard to earn. Growing up, we heard a lot about working hard. But building wealth? Protecting our income? Understanding risk and fees? Those conversations weren’t always happening around us, especially in our language. So I started getting in the room. Asking questions. Getting educated. Becoming licensed in many states, and then bringing what I learned back to my community. En inglés y en español. Because every hard-earned dollar matters. We deserve to understand where our money goes, what we’re paying, and what we’re getting in return. Am I right? No one can promise that an investment will never lose value. But we can absolutely learn how risk, protection, and costs work before making a decision. Peace of mind starts with understanding our options, including when professional help may be worth the cost. Financial freedom is about more than just a credit repair or paying someone else to handle everything. We deserve the knowledge to ask better questions, understand our choices, and make informed decisions con confianza. Education is power. And these conversations belong in our homes, among our friends, and our community. Financial education does not erase the wage gap. We deserve fair pay AND access to the tools and opportunities that help us build freedom, security, and peace. So I’ll keep learning, speaking up, and sharing what I know. Calladita? No more 💜 as Hady Méndez would say. Save this post, share it with someone who needs it, and let’s keep talking about money in our community. If you’re ready to understand your options, escríbeme. #LatinaEqualPay #TheMoneyGeenie #LatinasBuildingWealth #FinancialEducation #CalladitaNoMore by @griseldadq_
#SomosElCambioPR #SiembraSombra #ParaLaNaturaleza #Fajardo #PuertoRico by @griseldadq_
