You don’t forgive because they deserve it.

You forgive because your peace is worth protecting.

Forgiveness doesn’t erase what happened.
It doesn’t say the pain wasn’t real.
It simply means you refuse to let yesterday continue to steal today’s joy.

Choose peace.
Every time. 🤍

Ski joined Do Hard Things to get lean, feel strong, and reclaim the discipline he knew was inside him

First week?
He was quiet, not engaging, felt like he was falling behind and didn’t want to lean in to the group

When I checked in, he was honest: “I feel like I’m falling behind.”

Here’s what I told him:
“When you lone wolf it and avoid the group because you feel stuck, that’s exactly when you need to lean in most.”

Giving your coaches the chance to support you means showing up when the going gets tough, NOT when it’s all a breeze

He wants to run his own coaching program one day

This struggle he was going through?
This is where he learns how to lead by lived experience

You can’t teach people to overcome challenges if you only show up when everything’s perfect

He knew this behaviour was a tendency he had for years which had been holding him back until this point

So what did Ski do?
He did the opposite and leaned in hard.
Shared what was going on.
Got vulnerable.
Got real with himself and took ownership knowing there was a big life lesson here

Since then:

✅ Flawless with his keto diet protocol
✅ Training consistently and hitting new personal best’s
✅ Energy through the roof
✅ Leaner, stronger, more confident in staying consistent

The other night we brainstormed how to get him out of his own way so he can build the coaching program he’s been dreaming about

This is what leading by example looks like

This is how Do Hard Things is building Ski into the leader he aspires to be to help transform other men

The byproduct is he’s getting in crazy shape faster than ever!

If you’re ready a guy in your 30’s to drop your next 14 lbs, build consistent discipline, and step up your game in body, business and life

My 14-Day Challenge is just for you to kickstart your momentum 📈

💬 DM me “CHALLENGE” for details

✨ Hawaje.

🌺🌊 taken in Kāhala Beach by @grizzbowski
