How do you measure success?

The answer to this question has eluded me for most of my life. For the longest time I thought it was measured in medals and podiums but what I’ve come to realize is those are just ways to measure the growth. The real moments of success showed themselves in the most unlikely places - the learning moments, the moments of defeat when I had to pick myself up, the friends/relationships and the journey along the way. In my sport it wasn’t a matter of if you got hurt, but when and how bad. The real question was can you learn from it, pick yourself back up and put yourself back into the arena?

so again, I ask, how do you measure success? by @grizzlygabel

Send it! This is such a fun section of trail.
