🎶 INDIE ON THE SHELF AT THE GROOVEYARD!

We’re kicking off a new series featuring independent artists you can find on our shelves!

First up, THE FLANNEL CONTRACT and their debut album, SORRY, MOM!

Released September 11, 2025, this one’s got a little bit of everything: sex, drugs, rock ‘n’ roll, some heartfelt moments and a whole lot of not taking themselves too seriously!

Recorded in a living room in Peachland with producer Easton Doran (aka The Mix Master) from Kelowna’s Early Work, SORRY, MOM is a throwback to the glory days of late ’90s and early 2000s punk, grunge and alt-rock.

Think The Offspring, Foo Fighters and a little Linkin Park thrown into the mix.

The guys grew up listening to vinyl, so naturally, their first album had to be on the format!

Come grab a copy at the Grooveyard, give it a spin and show some love to independent music!

Keep it local. Keep it loud. Keep it groovy! ✌️
