Bespoke 60 min bliss for my new client ✨

Soft, slow & steady will always win the race with skin, especially sensitive/reactive skin or people with rosacea.

This new guest has type 2 rosacea which presents with redness, tiny bumps that sometimes look like acne pustules, irritation and dryness pretty localized to her cheeks and upper T zone.

With this as her first facial, our focus was calming & rehydrating.

One of the most easily forgotten skin secrets 🧊

I love incorporating ice for inflammation, especially in puffy morning face & acne.

Even cold therapy does the trick! And you can do it right at home.

Grab some ice globes of any kind, and/or a face roller for a fast morning de-puff routine that also helps product absorption.

Acne girlies, grab an ice cube and do small circles on inflamed acne spots to help lower inflammation, redness and speed up healing.

That’s the real “flex” for me. The part that makes me feel thankful, proud, and sure of the path that I’m on.

From day one, I wanted my practice to be one that stood out for the focus on connection.

Don’t tempt me with a good time 🩵☀️🧴
