When I was a kid, my dream was to be a National Geographic photographer. 📷🌍

I wanted to wander far from home, to see the world through curious eyes, to find beauty in the unexpected, and to capture the wild little moments most people might miss.

Somehow, that dream followed me all these years…

And here I am in Morocco, camera in hand, quietly watching a monkey 🐒✨

Maybe dreams don’t always unfold the way we imagine them.

One of my favorite parts of traveling isn’t checking landmarks off a list—it’s sharing everyday moments with local people.
Today, my friend Hafida took me to the market where we picked out fresh ingredients, then welcomed me into her home. We cooked together, shared a beautiful meal with her family enjoying each other’s company.
These are the moments that stay with me long after the trip is over. Grateful for the kindness, generosity, and connection that travel makes possible. ❤️🌍
