One of my biggest goals for 2026 was to prioritize recovery in order to stay healthy, and become a better athlete. 💪🏽

I’ve learned that recovery is just as important as training, so here’s what my ideal recovery day in Charlotte looks like:

🏃🏽‍♂️ Physical Therapy with @nat_hipp at @process.pt

🔥 90 minutes at @saunaculture_clt

💆🏽‍♂️ Massage with @alistann at @groundedmassage

🥤 Homemade protein smoothie with @truvani

🥪 A delicious sandwich from @lalimasangucheria

Train hard. Recover harder. Because longevity is the real goal! 🙌🏽

First time getting a massage with me? We're not jumping into all the deep tissue and manual work you think you might need. Let's ease in and get to know each other (not chatting necessary!!)

Deep tissue massage can seem intimidating, but it doesn't have to be! It can also be something that you think you need and that's also not always the case! Let's have a conversation before you get on my table and figure out the best way to meet your needs!!

FYI !! I have an intro massage rate for first time clients to Grounded Massage! Dm me to ask any questions and book your first massage 😊☁️🤸🏼✨ by @groundedmassage

Life's too short for spa music !! In my massage room I like to play music to really ~set the vibe~

Here's a few of my favorite songs to hear in my massage room. Leave a comment what you'd like to hear during a massage and fyi - i'm always happy to meet you where your vibe is☁️✨ taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @groundedmassage

hi !! im ali , massage therapist and owner of Grounded Massage ☁️🫶🏻✨ some ~fun facts~ about me

August marks 8 years of being a massage therapist 💆‍♀️ I'm from Pittsburgh, Pa and that is where i went to massage school . I'm a huge sports fan , football being my favorite following nfl and college football 🏈 i'm also a yogi and i completed my ytt in 2020 in hawaii. I've gone to @y2yoga since 2021 and am so happy to be here now offering my massage 😊 i'm a deep tissue specialist but work very intuitively to bring you what you need. Also a coffee addict who loves her cat (if you ask for a picture of tucker blue i'll happily show).

i hope you find yourself on my table soon , there's a lot of good football to discuss , shoulder pain to fix , and giggles to be had🫶🏻☁️💙 taken in Cotswold by @groundedmassage
