Our invitation and wedding map! 🌲🌟🌊

I knew since the day we got engaged I wanted to paint our wedding invitation. Inspired by trifold invitations and the gorgeous @bluebridgeevents and of course Lake Michigan! This invitation and map was truly a labor of love. Countless hours painting, editing and some shipping mishaps to get to the final product. I couldn’t be more proud! And if you look closely @niwolv created our awesome return stamp with non other than Rocky Mountain National Park in the background combining a piece of home to our invitations.

If you or anyone you know is looking for a custom invitation or wedding map reach out to me via messaging! I’m officially open for commissions.

J+Ni 7.18.25 —> part 1

The beginning of a magical 10 days spent in Northern Michigan✨. Surrounded by our family and friends it was the summer camp wedding of our dreams. Featuring all the types of fun (mostly type 1 and 2 😜)

Plein air painting backcountry hut style. A little photo montage of the making of Lost Wonder Hut in Watercolor (AKA May in the 2026 Colorado Calendar). Hands were likely frozen by the end of this one🤘🏼

A collection of 12 paintings of some favorite places and adventures in this great state. Calendars will be on sale for a limited time so be sure to get your orders in before it’s too late. 🏔️🤸🏻‍♀️⛺️🐻

Our thank you note! It was so fun mixing watercolor and graphic design on @photoshop to create this thank you. I love bringing my art to life through post processing. The pink kids on top represent @niwolv and I (not to scale 😝) in the spot we got engaged! Up close of our wedding map. This isn’t my first wedding map I’ve painted but it’s my personal favorite 😜. I love the illustration of @riversidecanoes as this became a very memorable part of our wedding. A torrential downpour as over 50 of us floated the river! These maps were part of our welcome bags alongside these custom welcome cards I created using @photoshop. If you know anyone looking for wedding detail cards or maps feel free to send them my way! 🥂 taken in Traverse City, Michigan by @growingdownco

And a special shoutout to Harrison from traverse city chickfil a for making sure we got our cows at the end of the night 🐮 taken in Traverse City, Michigan by @growingdownco
