Hi, i’m Onyinyechi — an operations partner, online business manager & tech automation girlie helping entrepreneurs build businesses that run like well-oiled machines.

My journey has taken me from affiliate marketing, e-commerce and digital marketing to project management, operations, systems and automation.

Now, I help growing businesses turn their big-picture vision into day-day execution, improve their processes, coordinate teams and automate the work that shouldn’t need constant human effort.

You need to start prepping for not just sales and marketing aspects during your Launch but add capacity planning to the list. This simple step would save you a whole lot of trouble.

1. Capture their knowledge before they leave

Check whether the key processes they own are documented. If they aren’t, have them record a Loom walking through the process while they still have access and context.

2. Remove access immediately

Once their employment/contract ends, remove access to the tools, systems, files and accounts they no longer need.

3. Change shared passwords

If they had access to shared credentials, update them immediately especially passwords stored in tools like LastPass.

4. Close the loop

Send an offboarding/farewell email with a short feedback form. Ask what they enjoyed, what could have been better and what they think the team could improve.

5. Reassign their tasks
Review everything currently sitting with them and assign it to someone else before their last day.

Instead create a form with the role description linked inside and add structured questions. That's literally the best way and first step to setting up a system for your hiring process.

I reduced client recap turnaround time by 60% with this AI-automated recap system built for my client who runs a 1:1 coaching program.

35 minutes → 5–7 minutes.
48 hours → 24 hours.

I redesigned a client recap workflow that was taking too much manual effort and turned it into an AI-assisted process.

Now, when a meeting ends, the transcript is automatically sent to the AI agent, the recap is created, the relevant document is pulled, and a review task is created for me.

My role is now simply to review, approve and move it forward. Now

Clients get their recaps faster.
The team gets hours back.
And the process can handle more clients without adding the same amount of manual work.
