SALKANTAY TREK 🗻🦙🌅

this was one of the best & hardest things ive done. this 5 day trek brought me some sort of sickness where i was puking on the 3rd day & i continued to hike. this took way more mental power than i would’ve imagined. despite being sick, i would do this all over again in a heartbeat to see the beautiful landscape and experience some of the incan culture. If you can get to peru & love to hike, i 10/10 recommend :)

I truly believe we meet people for a reason. Some people are meant to stay for years, while others are only meant to be a chapter, a moment, or a memory you carry with you long after you part ways.

Sometimes a stranger can change your perspective in a single conversation. Sometimes someone comes into your life just long enough to remind you how much there is still out there to experience, feel, and become.

Not every connection needs to last forever to mean something. Some people are simply meant to cross your path, leave a little piece of themselves with you, and then continue on their own journey.

And maybe that’s the beautiful part — trusting that every person we meet, even briefly, was exactly who we were supposed to meet at that moment. 🤍
