GRRRL was never just about the clothing.

Yes, we make high quality, long lasting activewear that’s free from PFAS and BPA, because women deserve better. We refused Photoshop, airbrushing, and the idea that our worth is determined by a clothing size.

But that’s never been the mission.

GRRRL was built to help women break free from body dysmorphia, discover what their bodies are capable of, and experience the kind of sisterhood where other women become teammates, not competition.

And this… this is why.

Watching Sloan transform hasn’t just changed her life. It’s changed her dad’s life too. That’s the ripple effect of confidence. When one woman starts believing in herself, everyone around her feels it.

We’re not chasing trophies as the highest achievement. We’re here to build discipline, resilience, leadership, self belief, and a community that reminds women they’ve never had to do this alone.

That’s why this Sunday our MFCEO is hosting a live webinar on where body dysmorphia really comes from, why so many women spend years at war with themselves, and the tools that helped her finally break that cycle. Because your body was never the enemy.

This is the GRRRL project.

And stories like Sloan’s are exactly why we’ll keep showing up. by @grrrlproject

Credit to @powherdata Girls’ wrestling is now one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S.

In 1994, only 804 girls competed in high school wrestling.
Today, there are 74,000+ girls on high school teams across the country.

And this isn’t just a U.S. trend.

Women’s wrestling has grown from 8 countries competing at the first world championships in 1987 to 100+ countries with registered competitors today.

The sport only made its Olympic debut for women in 2004 at the Summer Olympics—over a century after men first competed in wrestling at the Summer Olympics.

Translation: girls have had a fraction of the time and opportunity in this sport.

And yet here they are—
pinning stereotypes along with their opponents.

Credit to @non_toxic_masculinity_ 62,000,000 reasons to choose the bear.

If you haven’t read the article on @cnn, it is even worse than you think.

Expose them all and demand justice.

And men need to be the loudest voices in the room.

It is all of us until it is none of us.

A good mentor keeps it real. I still struggle with validation @ 44. But unlike teenage girls with their bum and cleavage showing, for me it’s muscle. I often tell myself it’s a deterrent for perps- or to inspire people to hit the gym, but most often I love the praise. But the only praise we need is from ourselves. Challenge is, when you’re raised with a parent who wasn’t present, we seek attention and validation from others. Nowadays, your cell phone is replacing alcohol - turning parents into non-present hallow meat-suits for their kids. It seems harmless, but ages 0-8 years old, you scroll on your phone in front of your kid, the amount of beliefs and character defects your instilling into your child, is full on. The more I’ve been in and around youngins and parents as of late, all I can say is our current 11-13 year olds got some WILD issues. Anyway- remind your daughter that her body is a temple not a visitor center. by @grrrlproject

After we hit 7,000 pushups last night, everything started ceasing up in my upper body like an old Chrysler engine with 300,000 miles on it. For a minute, I really didn’t think my body was going to cooperate. Then came the people. The people came and delivered reps live and via video to crush our goal. This #grrrl shot an arrow through my heart today 🩷. As my arms feel pretty thrashed, I’m relatively beat, and feeling some general overwhelm, thanks to the #grrrlarmy (which includes men 💪) I feel the proper amount of whelm. Seeing @sloanjiujitsugirl bust out 30 push ups with outstanding form- was the apex of the event. To know that grrrls are empowering grrrls from 7-17 in this manner, blows my mind. Sometimes the route in which God puts us on, might take a little longer than expected. I can’t wait to do it again next year and come back with a proper schedule and plan to get everyone involved and pushing up when life try’s to push us down ✊🙌🫶. taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @grrrlproject

We banged out 9,000 push ups in 9 hours to raise $9,115 for @grrrlproject 💪. We’re going to turn this into an annual event and go next level in 2026! I can’t thank everyone enough for chipping in. Massive massive shoutout to @themike_diamond for mentoring me on how to pace myself and start regulating my nervous system. I truly realized yesterday how important it is to hangout with people who’re going to help you elevate your game. Someone who gets out of surgery for ulcerative colitis and was told “you’ll never run again”. He said “ya nah” and went out and studied all these different people from endurance athletes to tribes to find “how they did it”. He ran a half marathon every day in a row for 30 days. Hes absolutely mental. You want to surround yourself with people who inspire you to grow. Getting clean and sober is just the beginning- leveling up to be the best version of yourself is where the magic starts to happen. I’m so grateful for meeting Mike at the @victoriasvoicefoundation - ironically, during Recovery Month. Next year you can expect a lot of content from us. Recovery is incredible. Mindset, fitness, health, and positivity. Our next event will be 11/11 for Veterans Day with @vegasstrongerofficial and @davevegas123 - Thank you so much to everyone tagged who helped us support grrrls like @makynleecova in person, and everyone who came and did some pushups with us online while my arms started cramping in the home stretch! Prevention is so much cheaper than cure! Another massive shoutout to @flashlight.fitness for his incredible work- I’ve been looking for him my entire life 🩷💕. #grrrlarmy #sober #addictionrecovery #sisterhood #unity taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @grrrlproject
